We are hoping that the dealership can accommodate us with fixing that issue. For the amount of money we got the car for they should do that for FREE, but we will find out. We just want to be treated fairly and 100% satisfied with this purchase, NOT SPEND MONEY ON THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN DEALT WITH BEFORE THE PURCHASE. Will be calling today 9am sharp More
buyer beware I bought a 2013 G550 last february from atlanta autos. The day I bought the car I noticed that the passenger airbag sensor was malfunctioning as was I bought a 2013 G550 last february from atlanta autos. The day I bought the car I noticed that the passenger airbag sensor was malfunctioning as was the cruise control. I was not interested in the vehicle, not wanting to deal with the repairs and they were not going to come down in price. They did offer to fix the items under a "we owe", which alleviated my concerns. I did not see the fine print which stated "one month" to have all repairs done. They of course, knew that clause was there. After purchase I repeatedly tried to get in touch with my sales person (fired or quit), tried to call (no answer in so called service dept) and I even drove the car back over ("we don't have the parts"). Literally 9 months later after tremendous time and effort the airbag sensor was fixed. We asked to have cruise fixed while it was there but of course, nothing was done to assess it. We brought the car to the mercedes dealer, diagnosed as a faulty sensor. Now Atlanta Autos is claiming I didn't get the work done in time... Nice strategy AA, I will never buy another car from you again. They sell very expensive vehicles so I fell for the "used car sales pitch". Go elsewhere, there are plenty of dealers around. More
My wife and I drove six hours to buy two cars from this dealership. First of all we were told to be there on a certain day and time which we did and they were not ready for us no big deal we spent the nig dealership. First of all we were told to be there on a certain day and time which we did and they were not ready for us no big deal we spent the night and returned the next morning. We were told the cars we were buying would be in service and ready to go by 10am well they were not. After they found the keys come to find out one of the vehicles we were purchasing had flooded due to a leak from the night before. We had already given these people $2500 dollars so we asked for our money back. Instead of refunding our money they actually took another $5000 out of our checking account. We got the money resolved and ask for a check instead and it took them 3hours to get us a check. Do not walk, run from this place. I hope this helps someone. More

This was a new experience since I am from New Jersery and this was accomplished without every seeing the vehicle in person. Mohammad Kahn my contact at Atlanta Autos was great and assisted in every step of the process. I received a fair trade-in for my Audi and paid a fair price for my Mercedes SLC. More

Couldn't Get That Far To Even Buy A Car Sooo... Here's the thing, I saw a car online with really low mileage. I asked for a carfax and was obliged. I spoke with a nice young man by the name Sooo... Here's the thing, I saw a car online with really low mileage. I asked for a carfax and was obliged. I spoke with a nice young man by the name of Tykheem. He asked if I was coming in to look at the car and possibly test drive it, I said sure, but it would be after the holiday. I knew the car would not be sold because the carfax said it had minor damage twice on both sides of the rear but the damage was under $1,000. Looking at the photos the car had been repaired, but the car does have a recall and to take it to the nearest Nissan dealership. So I'm thinking okay fine. I get a text fro someone named Joshua this time and not TY asking when I was coming in and that I had been scheduled to come in at 3p.m that day, I texted him back and said I would contact the dealership directly. Next thing I get a call from this guy Joshua who was really rude and lacked bedside manner. He was asking me my budget and all sorts of questions that I did not want to answer over the phone. I said I told the boy TY that I would be in there after the holiday and I was still shopping around for the best deals. I also mentioned the car had some issues and a recall and could he negotiate in case i needed to do repairs and that I was bringing someone with me to look at it . He hesitated for a second and said oh like a mechanic and I said yes. He started telling me about the Nissan and how his mom had one and you can get 150,000 miles out of it. I said I know how many miles you can get out of it I've had two. I know about the car you can actually get 300,000 miles out of it if properly taken care of. Joshua told me to go buy a warranty and proceeded to talk to me in a condescending manner because am a women. He also got mad because I knew about the car and cars in general in particular the car I was interested in. He then said hold on and Told TY so I could hear him say this of course as an intimidation tactic i'm cancelling your 3 om with you and got on the phone and said is that alright with you and hung up the phone. I wrote him a text letting him know I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me and he needed to work on his customer service skills, not to mention telling me to go and buy something when you don't know what I have in my budget. I also told him maybe that's why the car has been in the lot for so long. If you can sell it my hat is off to you, if not maybe you should consider some changes. I had asked about a discount because of the issues and if It needed repairs I could allot money for repairs with someone I knew to be reliable. Well... after about fifteen minutes guess who, I get a call from Joshua. You see the texts that are sent back and forth are mass texts throughout the dealership for all to see. With that said, he starts soo... I got your text and I'm a little confused I don't know what you mean. You knew what I meant and he starts this entire Mr. nice guy routine, acting as if he was really concerned about me. He starts asking me some questions as to why i won't finance with the dealership. I told him I was getting the loan approved from my credit union and that the interest rate was much lower. Well...Things went down hill even more when he heard that because he had asked me prior about my budget and I told him I had a loan before but never used it because I hadn't found a car I liked in the time frame of the loan. He asked me how much the loan was for and I told him I did not remember because it was none of his business and I knew what he was trying to do. So after he found out I was using my credit union he started asking me other questions like where i was from and I told him. He then tried asked if I was going to register the car from Georgia or form my state. I told him form Georgia just to see what he would do because he was asking for my license number but I would';t give it up. I knew he was going to try and run my credit with out my knowledge. After no budging on that he just calculated the taxes for my state. the car price increased about 3,000 alone from that. Just to see what he would say and do I told him it's a little out of my budget. He said it was nice talking to you and hung up the phone before i could say anything. He told me earlier the car was on the lot for 159 days and it was time to go bye-bye. This let's me know the reviews are correct about the dealership. He was going to try and sell me a car with a high warranty. They lie about negotiating prices and they are extremely rude. More

I purchased from out of state. The ad on their website stated that the vehicle was black, the bill of sale stated that the vehicle was black, the rep stated that the vehicle was black. I asked if there are any mechanical or physical damages on the vehicle, they stated that, they "are a boutique dealer and hand pick only the best cars and the car is in immaculate condition". I was approved for the loan on 10/26 but they said I need to pay $1000 to secure the vehicle until the loan was booked and then I would be refunded back. They had horrible customer service and wouldnt respond to my calls and sat on this car even after I signed the loan docs. The refused to give me documents that I signed- kept giving me the run around and never sent them to me or emailed them. They finally shipped the car about three weeks later and I received it on 11/19 and I immediately contacted them regarding the vehicle. All of the buttons inside the car is completely ripped up and scratched to the point you can barely see some of the functions, the trunk is fractured in FIVE PLACES and it looks like it was glued with elmers glue to hold up – it looks atrocious. Besides aesthetically, mechanically the vehicle is in absolute horrendous shape. This is my third Range Rover and I know how the vehicle should run and how the functions that should be working. The Auto Terrain Mode button should be able to be pushed down to be enabled and shift the vehicle into “Auto Sensing Mode” which senses the road conditions and adjusts the vehicle accordingly. Second, the Auto Engine On/Off Feature does not work- when pushed, the vehicle says “Feature not accessible.” The LCD Screen continuously goes on and off while driving and resets the entire car and removes the Bluetooth and navigation presets, etc. Basically, this car has major mechanical and electrical issues- more than likely major suspension issues, not to mention the frame damage that may be on the vehicle (trunk is fractured from the inside as stated above). Lastly, the vehicle was advertised as Black on their website and on their bill of sale. When the vehicle arrived, it is gray. I checked the color code on the vehicle and the color name on the vehicle next to the vin is “Causeway Gray.” I called Land Rover locally and asked about the two issues with the car (the Auto Terrain Mode Button and the Auto On/Off Engine Feature) and they said that is a major cause for concern and that I need to bring in the vehicle for a few days and run a diagnostic which will cost me $200/hr and not be applied to any repairs. I contacted the Director of Finance, the same day I received it on 11/18, and shared with him my concerns and asked him to have the owner or general manager reach out to me regarding this issue. No one is contacting me or taking responsibility for this situation. Nor do I have my $1000 refunded. Besides all of the issues, I purchased a black vehicle and received a gray one. Oh, and they did they did not send the paperwork with the vehicle either so I was driving a vehicle for week and could not provide proof it belonged to me in the event I did get pulled over. I kept contacting them and they kept saying they would 'send it.' How horrible?! They literally do not care that you could potentially get arrested/detained for not being able to prove a vehicle belongs to you and has out of state temp tags. Ridiculous. (This vehicle has really dark tints and in VA the police can easily pull you over for dark tints as it is illegal - and I can not prove ownership of the vehicle in the event that were to happen LOL smh). Only after my BBB complaint did I finally receive my signed paperwork ( and only received partial paperwork, according to them I apparently signed a carfax report as well that they did not send me a copy of) on 11/25. I finally received my refund on 11/25 almost a month afterwards only after my bank initiated dispute and proof provided to the bank that the dealer owed me the $1000 back. I am going back and forth with the dealer on BBB and they will not take ownership of their error, misleading and unethical business practices, or attempting to make it right even 1%. They are throwing all the blame on me LOL. They are on their high horse and I really think other potential buyers should see this dealers true business practice and make their decision from there. But, in my opinion: Do not do business with this dealer. Save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere, seriously. More
