Venetia and the whole team at Atlanta Autos were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk into the dealership until the moment you leave with your new car, it’s obvious they care about custom absolutely phenomenal. I can't believe the type of people they employee at this establishment. I spoke with Porscha who was extremely rude to me. I had questions about buying a car with cash and how the title process works. She k establishment. I spoke with Porscha who was extremely rude to me. I had questions about buying a car with cash and how the title process works. She kept transferring me to speak with someone else that wasn't available. I tried calling back few more times after that and nobody answered my calls. That woman has poor customer service skills with no respect or regard for people's time. Clearly, my money wasn't needed here so I will take it somewhere else. I really hope the owner or manager takes proper actions. I would never hire someone with that attitude in my work place. GOOD LUCK! More
The one star that I gave is a star too many. I was in the market for a Cadillac Escalade and a relative recommended Atlanta Auto. The customer service prior to the purchase was awesome but that's where the market for a Cadillac Escalade and a relative recommended Atlanta Auto. The customer service prior to the purchase was awesome but that's where it ends. I purchased my vehicle cash from out of state. The headliner needed to be replaced. Was told by the salesman, James Wiley, that it had been ordered. This was on a Friday. I was told it would be ready on Monday. I waited until Tuesday to get an update. Call to get the status and was told that someone would check and would get a call back. No phone call. Called two days later and the same thing happened again. Third time I drove three hours to the dealership to get answers. Found out nothing had been done. Asked to have my money returned because of the poor service. Abdul convinced me to give them th three days and I agreed. The vehicle was finally delivered two weeks after the purchase. Second problem - the starter had to be replaced less than three weeks after the delivery. Third, the title. I tried to have it registered but the DMV in Alabama hadn't received the paperwork. The pandemic hits and everything is shut down. When everything is opened up again, I try to get the the vehicle registered. Guess what still no paperwork. I called and was told that it had been sent by FedEx on 2/26. Never received it. Called for two weeks until I received the title. The GM David Wolfe is no help. He's never available to take phone calls. Their customer service after the sale STINKS. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOR REFER THEM TO ANYONE. More
Trust me and read this...Buyer Beware If you buy a car here, you will be "up the creek without a paddle" after the sale. I promise you.... I rarely ever give negative reviews, but these UNPROFESSIONAL people at Atlanta Autos earned one. This was absolutely the worst buying experience of my life, and frankly, I have no idea how they stay in business. The owners obviously don't have a clue or they don't care. Typically, in the past, if I've had a bad experience when buying something, I may have just experienced a bad day for a salesperson but typically management would handle my complaint and be apologetic and supportive. Not the case at Atlanta Autos. There wasn't a soul in this place that cared about my experience. We went to buy my daughter, who was turning 16, her first car. Our salesman was a guy who went by the name Kahn. We paid cash, for the vehicle with conditions that were well-documented. It took us 3 car returning trips at 3 hour drive round trip to finally get something done. Each time we had to leave the car for them to repair it. We would return to hear them say something was fixed only to find out that it wasn't. I literally dealt with at least 6 different people in different roles, including management and got the same treatment from every single one of them. You would think that after as many trips as we made to get things fixed that were part of the agreement, that they would offer gas money or something for our trouble. We didn't even get an apology most of the time. they were dismissive and gave us the feeling that we were in their way. They lied to us repeatedly. It amazes me that a dealership that sells high-end automobiles would be so tight to have to take shortcuts or avoid the cost of simple repairs that they agreed to before the purchase. I should also mention that the car was filthy. On our last trip to hopefully pick up a repaired vehicle the manager, who we had met before, asked who I was (believe me, every employee there knew who I was) and handed me the keys with absolutely no comments. No, "sorry for your troubles", no "good luck",. no "enjoy your car".......Nothing, even from Management! This team is capable of things like, hanging up on you, blowing you off, passing you onto someone else who doesn't care, telling you something has been fixed when it clearly has not been, treating you rudely, particularly after the sale, etc. etc. Oh, and when we picked up the car one evening, the headlight appeared to be fixed and on the way home I saw that the small bumper light under the driver's side headlight was out. Now you know they saw this when they turned the lights on after fixing the head light. With all of our troubles, you would have thought they might have washed the car and filled it up with gas, but never crossed their minds. Being polite, NEVER crossed their minds after the sale. Be very careful.....better yet, simply find a car elsewhere. I truly want to help prevent someone else from going through this experience. There are too many cars out there to have to work with a crew like this. Atlanta Autos is a shady business and yes, I'm a certified buyer. Bought a 2012 Mercedes C250. BTW, the general manager David Wolfe, told me he would have Kenyatta get in touch with me to try and make up for my experience. I heard from her with promises to get back to me and, surprise...……….I never heard back from her. These experiences will eventually catch up to these unprofessional and unethical people. I'd be ashamed to work here and will share my review elsewhere. Good Luck More

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Warning: The Jaguar F-Pace I purchased was undrivable when delivered. Antifreeze/Coolant was running out and the front brakes were metal on metal. The Warning: The Jaguar F-Pace I purchased was undrivable when delivered. Antifreeze/Coolant was running out and the front brakes were metal on metal. The manager, Ali, told me to have my mechanic do the repairs. send him the bill, and he'd reimburse me. After I sent him the bill he said he didn't know what I was talking about. Then he finally admitted he did but argued that I told him it would be $100, which is absurd because I had no idea. He stopped responding to me and never reimbursed me. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. More
