Do not understand what appointment means had 10 o'clock appointment to get oil changed. At 1 o'clock they had not started. My daughter-in-law has been in twice this year with appointments for had 10 o'clock appointment to get oil changed. At 1 o'clock they had not started. My daughter-in-law has been in twice this year with appointments for oil change and both times took over 3 hours. Someone needs to teach them what making an appointment means. Will not be back More
