I dont no how I would rate my experience with Ford because I wasn't please with th service. I didnt have my vechlce less than six months and the second oil change that I got, the person that I was ad because I wasn't please with th service. I didnt have my vechlce less than six months and the second oil change that I got, the person that I was advice to meet with (Tucker somebody I think) he said that they recomend to replace a microcraft filter that would be 79 dollars and some change. I thought that he was joking, the remaining reward that I had left I use for the oil change and the part. Like I mentioned earlier I had my vehicle less than six months and the light indication came on a second time for low tire pressure. I ask Tucker before they put air n the tires if he could let me know what pressure does each tire have and he told me they dont do that. Since the indicator doesn't tell me which tire it is, on my vehicle each tire hold 35. I figure if I knew at least I can check it myself that way I wouldn't have to keep coming to them for the same problem. I shouldn't have to go through this on a new vechicle. In 2016 I purchase a 2014 Chevy Malibu and I didnt have any problems after 3 years.. A brand new vehicle no indicator light shouldn't came on. More

Satisfied with service I made an appointment for my 2013 C-Max for "the works." They took my car right back and completed the work in a very timely manner. Since my car has over 185,000 miles on it, I fully expected a list of all the things that needed to be done. To my surprise, there was no list. The cost was $49.56 which I thought was very fair. They have a nice lobby to wait in with refreshments. I actually had an offer to receive a free turkey if I took a test drive. My salesperson was Jaime Negrete and he let me drive a new Explorer. I explained that I wasn't ready to buy at this time and had a great test drive. When we returned to the dealership, he got my coupon for the turkey and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. I only had to wait a few more minutes until the service was done. So, all in all I had a great experience with Athens Ford this week. The review I would have given back in October 2012 when I leased this car...not so much! But times change and so do businesses. I have always been highly satisfied with the service department. They work hard to make you 100% satisfied.
