Helen, Thank you for taking the time to inform me of this matter. We use a third party source that inputs info for us about our vehicles. This company goes by the carfax. Of course they did not know about the wreck which did happen while in our inventory. And as for the one owner info, you are also correct. I am working with them to resolve the fact that carfax only shows one owner and the computer does not pick up on the fact that it is a rental. I am in the process of putting checks and balances in place now that will hopefully make these loopholes disappear. Thank you for taking the time to address those issues about the experience we had at your dealership. One thing that was not addressed is the internet price was $16,998 and we were told by your sales women it was $19,999. After we told her we saw the price was $16,998 she told us, "I guess you get the special internet price". I believe she must have been new because the only thing she could tell us about the vehicle is that it had a really cool place to put your sunglasses.
