I have purchased at least 5 vehicles from this dealership and have had a pretty good experience each time, but this time was pretty epic. My wife and I were just looking at Gladiators in passing. John Tine and have had a pretty good experience each time, but this time was pretty epic. My wife and I were just looking at Gladiators in passing. John Tiner came out to talk with us, we told him we were just passing by. He accepted that and had some pleasant conversation before I decided to ask him about one with a manual transmission. He said that there was one in the back getting ready to be put on the lot. With no pressure at all from John, we decided to test drive this base model Gladiator with a manual transmission. After the test drive I asked John, again with no pressure from him, if I could test drive a model with more options. We test drove that model and I was torn. I knew I wanted one of the vehicles but not sure which one. John did not pressure me nor point me in one direction or the other, he was just there to answer any and all of my questions on each one. I decided to go with the more options and the often long and painful negotiation and paperwork process was made very tolerable by John, in fact pleasant. This was at the end of the day and so John was in for some overtime but did not show outwardly that it bothered him at all. He stayed with us right up to transferring my stuff from the old vehicle to the new one and even helped me link up my mobile phone. I really enjoyed John. I thought at first this dealership really has it's salesman training down. That may be the case but I sense that John goes above and beyond with his dealings with customers. I would recommend John Tiner to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Well done John! More
