Service dept. is great. My BMWs are old but I still service them at dealership, mostly because of Matt Grainger. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely is great. Can't say it was a good experience. Granted I have aftermarket parts and they're not required to work on it. Went in for an alignment with them not being able to complete because of sei Granted I have aftermarket parts and they're not required to work on it. Went in for an alignment with them not being able to complete because of seized tie rods and aftermarket camber plates. I left there in worse condition then when I arrived. To change tie rods whick are $140 for both and takes 20m aside they wanted $1000. I ordered two day delivery for $170 and took my 20m on my back to change. My front tires ripped apart because of the lack of care More
