My wife and I have been to a dozen dealerships in Atlanta, and we felt like they never listened to what our concerns were, but rather try to sell us the car on the spot. I’ve always told them that I need at least a day to sleep on it and I actually do. Our sales representative Terry has truly been a breath of fresh air. He actually listened and everyone at the dealership has been amazing as well. Even with a couple of minor xxxx-ups,not really a big deal, they (both Joey and Terry) did everything in their power to make sure we were good to go. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any time. We usually walk out of dealerships, but at BMW Athens we felt very comfortable. I told them, that once we need a car again, we will not hesitate the hour and a half drive to Athens.
