Picking up the car was a very fun experience - the car was a surprise gift for my daughter and the entire team all got in on the fun to make this a great day. The orientation to the car by Joe was awesome, the financial paperwork was efficient and friendly by Christina, the hospitality by Apryl and Phoebe was grand. Great first new car buying experience! Spent a weekend test driving cars all over Athens and Atlanta. Never pressured me to change my mind - didn't try to force me to talk numbers, didn't repeatedly ask me what it would take for me to drive away with a car that day, didn't make fun of the clunker I drove in on, didn't repeatedly call me at work. I guess sometimes it's the things you don't do that make an impression. Anyway... I really enjoyed the initial test drive with Terry. The brake test really sold me and I started doing it on all the following test drives - which some of the other dealers weren't particularly pleased with. Ended up trying to decide between my final three choices, so went in the following weekend and talked numbers with Rick and decided to pull the trigger on a new 328i at the start of the week. More
