Going to bat for us with BMW North America and the local Dealership in an "unbelievable" show of customer support rallied all involved to "do the right thing" for a life time BMW owner and supporter. Found BMW of Athens while browsing online and found the inventory for the car & options I was looking for so decided to drive to Athens and I was glad that I decided to do it. The manager Justin Octavi also came out to check with me during the process was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Finally, got an amazing deal on my X3 and great customer experience.
