Joe Coleman's Outstanding Service I have driven BMWs for many years and have over the course of that time dealt with three BMW dealerships and several very capable client advisors. Joe Coleman is the most recent and stands out because of his commitment to getting me exactly what I wanted in a far more challenging environment. Faced with the delays associated with a model change year and an expiring lease I faced a dilemma as to what to do in regard to a new car. Joe kept me routinely informed as to the status of the 2017s and as the lease expiration drew near provided me with a variety of options. When I finally decided to forgo the new model due to timing Joe did a nationwide search for the car I wanted. Having driven BMWs for years, I had very specific requirements that necessitated an exhaustive search because so little inventory remained that met my needs. He ultimately located a car that met those requirements in Texas and had it shipped to Athens. Upon the car's arrival at Athens BMW Joe noticed that one cosmetic detail would need to be changed and when the car was delivered to my home I was advised that the part required had been ordered and would be installed the next week. A few days later I received a call from Joe arranging to pick up the car for the modification. The car was picked up the next morning, the change was made, and the car was returned to me on the following morning. Throughout this lengthy process Joe was consistently polite, patient, and professional. He has earned my respect and my business in the years ahead. I hold him in high regard. More

Straight-Foward, No Games, Very Accommodating I recently purchased a BMW with Athens BMW; it was my first online purchase of a vehicle ever. I was a little hesitant because buying a car without fi I recently purchased a BMW with Athens BMW; it was my first online purchase of a vehicle ever. I was a little hesitant because buying a car without first seeing/driving it seemed a bit risky. But since I live in Kansas City, if I wanted the car I had to consider taking this chance. After reviewing ABMW's feedback, however, those concerns dissipated. When I initially contacted Joe Colemann at ABMW, I was anticipating having to play all sorts of back and forth games, the kind of which are traditionally commensurate with in-dealership vehicle purchases. None of that. I submitted an offer, Joe was frank in telling me what the bottom-dollar price his dealership would accept for the car, and it was sealed. Thereafter, Joe was extremely helpful in getting the final Ts on the deal crossed, including sending someone to pick me up from the Atlanta airport and taking me to the dealership about 60 miles away in Athens. When I got to the dealership, Joe and others didn't waste my time. Due to my request, they were short but sweet: they were hospitable and provided me all the info and materials I needed, but didn't waste time getting the proper paperwork together, etc. In short, the experience could not have been better. -Edward More
