Alex was on vacation that week, however, the sales manager sent Joe Coleman to help us with our purchase. From the test drive (2nd time), to the negotiations, all the way to the cleaning of the vehicle, Joe delivered top notch service. He is definitely a great salesman, plus he is absolutely hysterical and kept us laughing even weeks after the sale. He accompanied me on a test drive and showed me the ropes. Rick and Alex were always very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, I have experience with the service department from my previous BMW and I can testify that they too are great. Have never had an issue. More
