I’m a young single mom, bmw in Athens had my x3 there for over a month. Picked it up thinking I wasn’t going to pick up a car now smoking from the back, worst than I came. After asking Lindsey and Johnathon over a month. Picked it up thinking I wasn’t going to pick up a car now smoking from the back, worst than I came. After asking Lindsey and Johnathon told me if i didn’t leave they would call the cops to make me. I live not even 3 miles down the road from the dealership and broke down, in tears, car smoking, with a young child needed to be picked up (in what I thought was going to be a fixed and reliable car after being “worked on” for over a month… I call bmw while I was broke down and received a response “we can’t help you and hung up”. I’m lost of words. I’m not the type to write negative comments but they deserve nothing positive after this ordeal. Now- I’m down a car, having to use every penny to get a rental for me and my child to get to work, school and the places NEEDED to be. More

Salesman was great…follow up, not so great. Be wary of dealer installed options and their “we owe” promises. Paid $1500 for paint and interior 7 year warranty on new car…problem was the paint c Be wary of dealer installed options and their “we owe” promises. Paid $1500 for paint and interior 7 year warranty on new car…problem was the paint chips they promised to repair and did very poorly. Now I have a 7 year paint warranty I paid for on an exterior that you can see the defects…that poor customer service is on the dealership. So, make sure they owe you nothing and don’t rely on what they tell you will be taken care of…because even when it’s written down, they will find a way to avoid doing a quality job. More
