I had a price in mind, when I went shopping, but found quickly that the truck and price was not the only factor driving my purchase, the people. every other so called dealerships, new and used, were very impersonal and put out to help me and even to try and get my business. on my way home, in Belleville, I stopped in and was seen by Chris Rogers; he took the time to treat me like family and make my fears in buying a used car, go away. between him and Al, the finance guru, I picked up my truck the next day, all clean and a full tank of gas. would I recommend them to friends? in a heart beat. they went above and beyond just selling me a car, I bet they would even invite me to their next BBQ More

Dishonest and did not stand up to their advertising Bought a Taurus that was advertised as being Certified Pre-Owned. Took it to a dealer closer to my house for an issue and the service writer tells me Bought a Taurus that was advertised as being Certified Pre-Owned. Took it to a dealer closer to my house for an issue and the service writer tells me the car is not certified. I emailed my salesman Chris Rogers asking him about this and included a copy of their ad. He responded over a week later that the car wasn't a CPO and to send a copy of the ad. Clearly he didn't care about attention to detail or doing the right thing. I will avoid this dealership in the future at all costs! More
