I saw a used vehicle of interest on KBB and placed a call to Atchinson's. Matt answered the phone and said he would hold they keys for me until I arrived in the afternoon. I was greeted by salesman and asked to Atchinson's. Matt answered the phone and said he would hold they keys for me until I arrived in the afternoon. I was greeted by salesman and asked if he is Matt. Matt stopped his conversation and helped me with the inquiries that I had regarding the '22 Edge. He took significant time showing me everything about the vehicle. While I test drove it, he had my '18 Taurus appraised. When I arrived back after talking about what I felt of the Edge, I said it is all going to come down to dollars. He asked what I wanted for my Taurus. We looked up trade in value together, he on his computer and myself on my phone. I said I wanted it to be valued in very good condition and told him the dollar amount that I wanted. I received asking price for it no questions asked. I felt that I was treated fairly and respectfully. When discovered there wasn't a spare or jack (because it didn't leave the factory with one) Matt spoke to the manager and said they would order one for me. The last two experiences that I had with a Ford used vehicles sales person went so smoothly and respectfully. Compared to a competer, Ford makes better vehicles, has more professional staff in sales, service and body shops. More

Every time I take my car here for repairs, I notice a new chip in my windshield and as soon as I leave the lot my engine light comes on. I took my vehicle in because of a recall. My vehicle was returned today 9/27/24 the first thing I noticed was that my vehicle didn't even get a curiosity wash. Before taking in my vehicle I had vacuumed it all the way around and my floor mats were clean. The floor mat on the driver side was dirty with dried mud. They didn't even bother to put a paper floor mat. Don't these people know that it's the little things that count. I am looking into getting a new vehicle but dealership will not be getting my business. More
