I did overhear another salesman in the showroom giving a high pressure sales pitch to someone re-upping their lease. I went in to Atamian to lease a Pilot with leather and DVD. The entire sales process was phenomenal!! They had the right color, price and people. I was there for about 2 hours, and the following day, the DVD. The entire sales process was phenomenal!! They had the right color, price and people. I was there for about 2 hours, and the following day, the car was all ready to be picked up. Nelson, the salesperson, was friendly and knowledgeable about EVERY feature of the car, and took over an hour with us to make sure that we were confortable with every feature of our new car. Jimmy, the finance guy, was exceptional as well. He even got us the best possible lease rates, even though our credit was a few points below what was required for them. Thank you so much guys, keep up the good work!! More

Other dealers that I had been talking to would not talk numbers until I went to the dealership. I found that frustrating. The reason for emailing is to try and save a trip if I can't find what I was looking for. My wife and I met with Anna at the dealership. She was great to work with. She even came in on her day off so that I could pick up the vehicle. Overall it was a great experience buying from Atamian. More
After much research I had decided to purchase a Honda Fit Sport model, and received several internet quotes from Honda dealers. Atamian offered me the best price, even thouth they, like all the other dealer Sport model, and received several internet quotes from Honda dealers. Atamian offered me the best price, even thouth they, like all the other dealers, were waiting for the arrival of Fits. Mr. Goulette kept me informed as to possible dates of arrival, and I was notified when my car came in. The purchase was done seamlessly, without pressure or hassles, Jay Carney took as much time as needed to explain the car's features to me, and made me feel as though I had just purchased the best car on Atamian's lot! I would definitely rate Atamian's sales personnel highly. More
I was looking for a dependable car in mid to high 20K range. Did the ground work on Edmunds and got multiple quotes. Checked other car models. Bill G. from Atamian did immediate reply to my request. After couple phone calls, went to the dealership, met Bill and had initial chat. He introduced me to Jim Grammas. Very professional, no pressure and he gave the car for test drive. Came back and gave my price and he accepted, threw couple of freebees :-). The entire car purchase experience was very pleasant and short. Bought Accord EX-L V6. Car is totally awesome and no comparison to older Accords. I recommend Bill and Jim tag team without any hesitation. I am looking for same experience with service folks. Let see what happens. More

We solicted internet quotes on Honda Odysseys from the Honda website and received the best quote from Atamian. There was no haggling or surprises and the price was honored on the in-stock vehicles. If we asked questions that the salesman didn't know, he quickly found the answer. After the purchase, they spent an hour making sure we understood how everything in our vehicle worked. The salesman checked in several times to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Overall a very good experience. More
I had a great visit with the dealership......Shane was wonderful and spoek about the options with different years and models......... He gave me great guidance and support thru the process....... They were able to get me financing in a short period of time and explained thoroughly the process. I love my new car and am very happy that I was able to deal with the folks at Atamian VW. More
I left my lights on for about 1/2 hour by error. When I went to start my 2006 Civic It did not start. I call AAA and they tried. It started and then shut off. Car was towed to Atamian; left a note stating went to start my 2006 Civic It did not start. I call AAA and they tried. It started and then shut off. Car was towed to Atamian; left a note stating the problem; Car still under the warrantee and mentioned that I wanted a call. I did not receive a call so I called them. They said that they were just about ito bring it in and it needed a "4-5 hour" charge as battery was completely dead. I did not understand that statement as there was still a little light when I left it at the dealership. Even the AAA driver and witnesses at Town Hall will verify this statement. I also stated that I would like to have the recall work done on the vehicle. When I called later, Al in service department told me that he had to charge me 99.50 for labor on recharging and reprogramming the key and that the recall on this was already done before. I told him the recall was not done, After arguing, He finally admitted that he was looking at a 2001 Civic recall and not my car. I hope others are not told that recall work is done when it is not. Was there a problem with the computer? I asked the person not to do the recall as I was going to bring it to another dealership. But he went ahead and did it. He also said that he had to reprogram the key. Why wasn't I informed of this aas I requested and why isn't this covered by Honda. I have a complaint going in to Honda. At first Al said the battery was n't completely dead which it wasn't . They even said the AAA person started the battery incorrectly. We had witnesses and the connections to the battery were made correctly. When I went to pick up the car, the staff was somewhat rude and I attributed that to being late in the evening (8pm) and they were just going home. I felt awkward and poorly treated. The service department did not honor my request to call; work was done without my approval; Recall was misreported and recall was done when I asked them not to do it. Further letters are being sent to the proper authorities BBB, AG office, Honda Corp, etc.... All I asked for Atamian to credit my money back. I would pay for the towing. In this case it was not the $99 but the principal of it all and the incorrect services rendered. I also feel that Honda should honor its 3 year commitment on the battery especially if it affects the key which the person at Honda didn't quite know about. I would like Atamian to do the honorable thing and credit my account with Discover. More
