Shane was excellent! He was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He took the time to explain my options, the car, the process, and arranged to get the accessories installed. Ray (in finance) got all my paperwork in order and got me through the signing process quickly and efficiently. He was also very professional and thorough. He explained the various options I could take advantage of in an easy to understand way. He was not pushy either. I have recommended this dealership to my friends. Atamian offered me a bid on a new car so close to the invoice price that other dealers (Honda North, Honda Gallery and Herb Chamber Honda of Burlington) would not even come close to. In fact, the sales rep at Herb Chambers even warned me that Atamian would pull a "bait and switch" tactic on the bids...which they did not. In addition, Atamian offered me a very competitive bid on my trade-in that I felt very comfortable with, despite that the car had to be towed in with a broken axle and was leaking fluids. In addition to offering me an excellent price, all the guys at Atamian were super friendly, honest and not at all pushy. They are there to help you purchase a car that meets your needs and to make sure that you are pleased with the customer experience from start to finish. Went in mid-November 2009 to test drive a new Honda Fit, base model. Did some comparison shopping with a Scion xD, the most comparable car in my opinion. Ended up with a price of $15270 + $299 doc fee, which goes to the dealer, and rest (tax, title, plates, inspection) went to the state. Closed the deal over Thanksgiving weekend. Had a hassle-free shopping experience. I was not pressured and the negotiation process was smooth. Was concerned about this dealership due to other reviews I've read, but I guess it's the luck of the draw depending on which salesman you get and how his month is going or not going! More

All of the others wanted to play games and have me come in without and confirmation of price. I'm sorry but my time is valuable too. When we arrived at Atamian Steve Redding took over and had the paperwork done in under 2 hours - out the door! We returned the following day to pick the vehicle up and same thing- Steve was efficient and got us out the door in maybe an hour at most. NO haggling, no games- got the car we wanted, the price we wanted, and trade-in value we wanted. PERIOD. Atamian just got a customer for life! Thank you again Bill and Steve!
