My experience at Atamian Honda was the best I have encountered with car sales persons. Steve made sure I understood fully about the new features in the CR-V I purchased plus the warranties and owners encountered with car sales persons. He is a fine representative of your dealership along with Dan Jette who also made sure I understood the financing and added coverage for the extended warranty. I requested a quote for a new Honda odyssey in Honda website and within minuted I got a quote in my mailbox.Next day I walked in to sales office, ,holding 2 quotes from other dealers.They surprised me website and within minuted I got a quote in my mailbox.Next day I walked in to sales office, ,holding 2 quotes from other dealers.They surprised me with a quote which I cannot say 'no'. After a $1700 bill for a 100K service appt on car #1, car #2 was found to be without brakes. A day later, a $4800 bill was presented. Given that the vehicle in question is 10 years old with VERY low mileage, #2 was found to be without brakes. A day later, a $4800 bill was presented. Given that the vehicle in question is 10 years old with VERY low mileage, decision was made to purchase a new car. Sales rep was rude, unknowledgeable, and never went over features and components of the vehicle and needed to be corrected on several points. F&I manager kept the waiting process going for more than an hour, with no apologies, saying the sales rep was his brother and he was the only guy on - on the day of sale. At no point in the entire sales process was the cash sale of $23,000 acknowledged, and no thanks were given. They stated that the 10 year old vehicle was not wanted by the dealership, and would need to be removed by Monday (Deal was made Friday). They laughed at us and said "you will need to pay us to take this vehicle in trade". Leaving the dealership, the windshield wiper wasnt working, and when the driver pulled over to look at it, the assembly came off in his hand. This was brought to the attention of the dealership the following day, and repair was made. When the sales manager was made aware of the problems, then and only then did the sales rep call and try to resolve the issue. Next day, the wiper came completely off. Back to the dealership, where repair was made yet again. No owners manuals have been provided to the driver. The 10 year old vehicle was picked up and found to have simply minor - not major - issues. The brakes work fine. Estimate by an ASE certified mechanic indicates $350 will fix this 10 year old vehicle in excellent mint condition. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

He did not give us any of the typical "let me check with my manager cr@p." We originally went in to by a Honda Fit, but ended up going with a Civic. Even though it must be a low-commission sale, he cheerfully handled our questions and went to find the different models for us to try out. The Paperwork: We were offered the typical extra insurance, and tack-on services, but Dareth did not put the sales pressure on -- just presented them quickly, and matter-of-factly. We did financing through the dealership, and the paperwork was prepared very quickly and with no mistakes. Internet Purchase Process: We have a purchase service through my insurance company, and the low price was honored on the Fit. But, when we decided to upgrade to the Civic, I didn't have the internet price. They were polite, but did not offer to look it up. We ended up buying at the dealer price. Then when I got home, of course I checked, and sure enough, it was almost $1200 lower than we paid. I was delighted when I called our salesman Dareth, and he looked into it, returning my call promptly, and agreeing to lower the purchase price to the lower internet price -- even though I'd already signed at the higher price. This is the type of integrity and service you hope for, but rarely get. The delivery: The car was spotless with a full tank of gas. Dareth did a great job showing my wife the various features, and as always was very courteous. Overall: This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely go back when it's time for the next Honda. More

Simply Wow! I found out about Atamian on the Internet doing a car-pricing search. They gave me an Internet offer on a new 2010 Honda Fit that I was looking for that didn’t seem believable. But for the offer, I felt I had to make the 40-minute drive up to meet with them. I meet with Jim Grammas, from the minute I walked in the door he said they had the car I was looking for and would honor the price they offered on the Internet. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, patient with me to make my decision and most important he and the others involved in making a deal on the car were not impolitely pushing to make the sale. They offered me an unbeatable price, incredible finance rate at 0.9% and gave me a fair deal on my trade to make me feel comfortable doing business with them. Word of mouth is said to be the best advertisement; pass the word, Atamian is worth the drive. More

I have been to the dealership for a test drive. They let me test drive without any pressure or sales tactics. They gave me the best price on a Honda Accord SE 2011. I know because I got 5 quotes from different dealerships around new england. They were by far the lowest price. Customer service was excellent. The best new purchase experience I have had thus far. No big sales pressure or pressure to finance or anything. It was a pleasant experience. They worked pretty quickly on the transaction and I was able to drive the new car that evening even though we started the transaction at 3:30pm. More

The last car I bought was in 2002 and I have kept it for 8 years because I hated the process of car buying. I went through Bank of America this time, got a quote for a 2011 CR-V that I was happy with. Stev 8 years because I hated the process of car buying.
