Several months ago I was in a bind when my old car's engine recently died, and I did not want to put the money into fixing it. In desperate need of finding a car, and quickly, I went to Atamian Honda looking for a car. Kevin Richardson and Steve Redding were extremely helpful with working with my time crunch, my budget, and what I was looking for. I had never thought of owning a car, and had always like SUVs. After gas prices getting so high, and the amount of mileage I have to drive for work, I knew getting a car with good gas mileage was what I needed. Steve guided me to a 2007 Honda Civic, and I fell in love with the car. After taking a test drive, and discussing the options the car came with and the excellent warranty, I decide the purchase the vehicle! Atamian was able to get the car ready for me VERY quickly knowing that I was without a car. This dealership was wondering in helping me get into a great car that I love and would recommend them to anyone! More

We just bought a new Honda Odyssey, Touring at Atamian Honda. The salesperson who assisted us was Tariq. The service he provided was truly excellent. He was knowledgable, gave us all the time we needed, we did not feel pressured by him at any point, he took care of all the paper work very fast and even got the inspection sticker done himself. Dan at the finance section was also very thorough, professional and polite. Great experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family. More

I had an excellent purchasing experience at Atamian from start to finish. I did my homework and researched competitive pricing for the Honda Civic LX-S prior to requesting a quote from Atamian’s Internet S start to finish. I promptly received a quote and an unbeatable price from Bill Goulette. That evening, I contacted Atamian to confirm the price and spoke with Melissa Paquette of the Internet Sales Department. She was extremely helpful and confirmed the price with no haggling, no hidden costs and no surprises. The next morning I went to Atamian and was greeted by Tarik Slaoui, a Sales Consultant who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly retrieved my quote and again to my surprise there was no haggling or hidden cost. The rock bottom price quoted by the Internet Sales Department was exactly what Tarik quoted. No pressure and no hassles, Tarik also reminded me that the quote would be honored through the end of the month if I chose to shop around. But, no need as having researched the price for that model and trim package in the area, I new the Atamian price was incredible. Finalizing the sale was a smooth process. Both Tarik and Dan from the finance department briefly made me aware of the additional options, but again to my surprise there was no pressure when I declined the options. Tarik was fantastic throughout; he even jumped online and cancelled my old plates with the Registry of Motor Vehicle saving me the hassle of having to do it later. I highly recommend Atamian and the sales team of Tarik, Melissa, Bill and Dan. More

It was a busy place but Eric focused on me. Price of car was excellent (Costco Pricing). Still a little hard sell by the business manger, but I guess that's where you make up for the price. Bill Goulette provided a straightforward internet quote that was for the exact vehicle I wanted to buy, at the lowest competitive cost, plus he included ALL other costs I would be responsible for paying. that was for the exact vehicle I wanted to buy, at the lowest competitive cost, plus he included ALL other costs I would be responsible for paying. This gave me the trust I needed to move forward with a purchase from Atamian. Tarik is the most friendly and compentent sales person I have ever met. He walked us through all the manuals and controls for the new CRV we purchased. I hope to send other car buyers to him. Dan Jette is outstanding in the business/finance office. The best car buying experience ever. I would highly recommend Atamian to my friends and family who are interested in buying a Honda or Volkswagon. More

My experience at Atamian Honda was the best I have encountered with car sales persons. Steve made sure I understood fully about the new features in the CR-V I purchased plus the warranties and owners encountered with car sales persons. After a $1700 bill for a 100K service appt on car #1, car #2 was found to be without brakes. A day later, a $4800 bill was presented. Given that the vehicle in question is 10 years old with VERY low mileage, #2 was found to be without brakes. A day later, a $4800 bill was presented. Given that the vehicle in question is 10 years old with VERY low mileage, decision was made to purchase a new car. Sales rep was rude, unknowledgeable, and never went over features and components of the vehicle and needed to be corrected on several points. F&I manager kept the waiting process going for more than an hour, with no apologies, saying the sales rep was his brother and he was the only guy on - on the day of sale. At no point in the entire sales process was the cash sale of $23,000 acknowledged, and no thanks were given. They stated that the 10 year old vehicle was not wanted by the dealership, and would need to be removed by Monday (Deal was made Friday). They laughed at us and said "you will need to pay us to take this vehicle in trade". Leaving the dealership, the windshield wiper wasnt working, and when the driver pulled over to look at it, the assembly came off in his hand. This was brought to the attention of the dealership the following day, and repair was made. When the sales manager was made aware of the problems, then and only then did the sales rep call and try to resolve the issue. Next day, the wiper came completely off. Back to the dealership, where repair was made yet again. No owners manuals have been provided to the driver. The 10 year old vehicle was picked up and found to have simply minor - not major - issues. The brakes work fine. Estimate by an ASE certified mechanic indicates $350 will fix this 10 year old vehicle in excellent mint condition. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
