Let me start out by saying that Atamian quoted me a price for a Honda Civic through Costco, and honored that price. It was considerably lower than the lowest price I found elsewhere, and so I drove 1 hr and for a Honda Civic through Costco, and honored that price. It was considerably lower than the lowest price I found elsewhere, and so I drove 1 hr and 45 minutes to this dealership for the savings (I live in Rhode Island). They also matched the very low financing we were offered at another dealership, making it the all-around winner on pricing. The price, and a very kind girl named Jessica, are the only two credits. Here are their pitfalls: 1) We were considering the Civic with leather interior. We called first to make sure there was one in stock, before driving 1 hr. 45 minutes for nothing. We were told there were "plenty". We arrived the next day. There were exactly zero in stock. We ended up buying the fabric seat model. 2) This may be unique to our situation, as we are Rhode Island residents, but they insisted that they had to use a title service company that would prepare the paperwork, and send it via FedEx to the RI Registry of Motor Vehicles. They said it would go out on Monday (we bought the car on Saturday), and the DMV should have it no later that Wednesday. Fast forward to Thursday, the DMV receives the title. All day Friday was spent waiting in line at the DMV (not Atamian's fault), only to find that, when it was our turn, the paperwork was not done. The title service had simply put the title in a FedEx envelope and mailed four days later. Worse, the title was WRONG (very much Atamian's fault). The person responsible for filling out the title only put one name on the title, despite there being two names on the bill of sale. As I'm sure you can guess...if the title doesn't match the bill of sale, you can't register the car. We frantically called Atamian and were transferred to a kind woman named Jessica, who promptly reissued a bill of sale with only one name- to match the title which couldn't be edited at this point- and faxed it to the DMV, just before closing. When the fax didn't come through, she faxed it again, and even called several minutes later to make sure that we received it. Thank you, thank you, Jessica. We really didn't want to face another entire day wasted at the registry. 4) The worst part of the entire experience was the pick up. Annoying enough that we purchased an in-stock vehicle and had to wait an entire week to pick it up...we were told by our salesman, Andre LeDuc, to "give me a call when you're on your way, so I can have them clean up the car for you". So, we finally were able to register the car on Friday afternoon, and called on Saturday to say we were on our way, as instructed. Andre was startlingly rude. Belligerent even. He started ranting "I told you to call ahead. I don't have time for this now. It's a holiday weekend." ME: "You told me to call when I was on my way...your words exactly. Now, I'm on my way." More nasty tone from Andre (who had been very pleasant to deal with during the sale). He was refusing to give us the car that day. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold for 10 minutes, then transferred to a manager. MANAGER: "I'm really sorry, but we don't allow pick ups on Saturdays". Funny, at no point had they mentioned that before. ME: "I'm sorry, but we're on our way. You should have told us that before. We need the car, we've already waited a week." MANAGER: "Well, it is going to take us awhile, because there are four other cars ahead of you for pick up." ME: "Really? I thought you just told me you don't allow pick ups on Saturdays." MANAGER: <silence>. Once we arrived (about an hour and a half after this phone conversation), it took another hour of sitting around to get the car. I recommend this dealership to someone who is willing to sacrifice good service for the best possible price. Be sure to get an quote BEFORE you go. It will save you heaps, and make the sting of poor service a bit easier to handle. More

I have leased a Honda Accord for 3 years now, it was time to renew my lease. I went to Atamian Honda at 11 am, I was in my new lease, signed, sealed, delivered by 2pm. John was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right vehicle. What impressed me the most was the fact that we had considered two vehicles (Pilot and CRV) and he didn't automatically pressure u the right vehicle. What impressed me the most was the fact that we had considered two vehicles (Pilot and CRV) and he didn't automatically pressure us to buy the more expensive one - he made sure the one we chose was the right fit for US. Dan, the finance person we spoke with, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Atamian when the time comes. By the way, the car drives great!! More

Several months ago I was in a bind when my old car's engine recently died, and I did not want to put the money into fixing it. Kevin Richardson and Steve Redding were extremely helpful with working with my time crunch, my budget, and what I was looking for. I had never thought of owning a car, and had always like SUVs. After gas prices getting so high, and the amount of mileage I have to drive for work, I knew getting a car with good gas mileage was what I needed. Steve guided me to a 2007 Honda Civic, and I fell in love with the car. After taking a test drive, and discussing the options the car came with and the excellent warranty, I decide the purchase the vehicle! Atamian was able to get the car ready for me VERY quickly knowing that I was without a car. This dealership was wondering in helping me get into a great car that I love and would recommend them to anyone! More

We just bought a new Honda Odyssey, Touring at Atamian Honda. The salesperson who assisted us was Tariq. The service he provided was truly excellent. I had an excellent purchasing experience at Atamian from start to finish. I did my homework and researched competitive pricing for the Honda Civic LX-S prior to requesting a quote from Atamian’s Internet S start to finish. I promptly received a quote and an unbeatable price from Bill Goulette. That evening, I contacted Atamian to confirm the price and spoke with Melissa Paquette of the Internet Sales Department. She was extremely helpful and confirmed the price with no haggling, no hidden costs and no surprises. The next morning I went to Atamian and was greeted by Tarik Slaoui, a Sales Consultant who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly retrieved my quote and again to my surprise there was no haggling or hidden cost. The rock bottom price quoted by the Internet Sales Department was exactly what Tarik quoted. No pressure and no hassles, Tarik also reminded me that the quote would be honored through the end of the month if I chose to shop around. But, no need as having researched the price for that model and trim package in the area, I new the Atamian price was incredible. Finalizing the sale was a smooth process. Both Tarik and Dan from the finance department briefly made me aware of the additional options, but again to my surprise there was no pressure when I declined the options. Tarik was fantastic throughout; he even jumped online and cancelled my old plates with the Registry of Motor Vehicle saving me the hassle of having to do it later. I highly recommend Atamian and the sales team of Tarik, Melissa, Bill and Dan. More

It was a busy place but Eric focused on me. Price of car was excellent (Costco Pricing). Still a little hard sell by the business manger, but I guess that's where you make up for the price. This gave me the trust I needed to move forward with a purchase from Atamian. Tarik is the most friendly and compentent sales person I have ever met. He walked us through all the manuals and controls for the new CRV we purchased. I hope to send other car buyers to him. Dan Jette is outstanding in the business/finance office. The best car buying experience ever. I would highly recommend Atamian to my friends and family who are interested in buying a Honda or Volkswagon. More
