This experience in purchasing a new car was wonderful from the beginning to the end. As a single female I was a bit nervous dealing with the "typical car salesmen. I had been to Herb Chambers in Burlingt from the beginning to the end. As a single female I was a bit nervous dealing with the "typical car salesmen. I had been to Herb Chambers in Burlington, MA and found the salesmen there to be sharks so I walked out after a car demo. I discovered the new way to purchase a new car without visiting all dealerships in my area. The Internet Manager,Bill Goulette at Atamian, answered all of my questions on-line and efficentially and was upfront and honest and to beat it all, offered me a fair deal that I just couldn't refuse. He got me into the dealership. Then I met James Grammas, Sr.Sales Manager. He was nothing less than professsional, informative, helpful, and honest. I never felt I was just another that he wanted to take my money. He was personable right from the start to the end. He kept the pulse on what I wanted and put that as the most important item in a list of many things. We took the car for a drive, and I made my decision to buy based on the Internet quote from Bill, the quality and the easiness of connecting right away with James. There was no haggerling or tricks. Then we discussed my trade in. I felt the deal was also fair. When I accepted everything I met with Ray to work out the finances. Once again, professionalism and a honest approach continued. What could have been a nightmare turned into a pleasant experience leaving me nothing but a satified customer. I came back the next day to finalize the transactiona and James was at my car door with his plate remover with a smile on his face and the desire to serve. He went through all the final details and once again with professionalism, knowledge about the Honda EX and making sure I was happy. I love this dealership!!! I will tell everyone I know that the creepy, old salesmanship does not exist here. They were all down to earth, friendly and just seemed to want to make me happy with my purchase. I felt this calm feeling throughout my visits. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 13 years and these guys should teach the rest of the car world that it is the customer who should always come first. I even met Jason in the Service area. After having a Nissan and dealing with another nightmare at Nissan in Tewksbury Service Department and Tully Service in New Hampshire in the past, I was plesantly surprised at the first class treatment that I received at Atamian in Tewksbury, MA. Thanks guys! You are all first class! Mr. Atamian and Mr. Messina I wanted you to know that your staff is obviouslty an extention of your values and your belief of customer service. Selling cars is a hard life even tough, financially rewarding. It is the people in your business that makes your company successful. Thanks to you too. My first interaction with Atamian was via email when I received the internet quote I requested. I had researched the price of the car. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, courteous, thorough, and efficient. He performed his sales role while never pressuring me. He also followed up after the sale to make sure we were satisfied with the car and the purchase, and to check to see if we had any questions. He made the dreaded car buying esxperince stress free. We went to the dealership just to test drive the new Honda Accord, as that was the car I was currently driving. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car that day. Andre was our sales person. He was not pushy and did not try to manipulate us to buy. I fell in love with the car and we qualified for the .9%, which is why we decided to buy that day. I usually dread going to car dealerships because they are usually so pushy and then get mad at you if you don't purchase from them. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them. More

Atamian was very easy to deal with to purchase a new car. I needed to be persistent with other dealers to even get the internet quote. I got confirmation from another car dealership that they could not match the price that I was quoted from Atamian. Let me start out by saying that Atamian quoted me a price for a Honda Civic through Costco, and honored that price. It was considerably lower than the lowest price I found elsewhere, and so I drove 1 hr and for a Honda Civic through Costco, and honored that price. It was considerably lower than the lowest price I found elsewhere, and so I drove 1 hr and 45 minutes to this dealership for the savings (I live in Rhode Island). They also matched the very low financing we were offered at another dealership, making it the all-around winner on pricing. The price, and a very kind girl named Jessica, are the only two credits. Here are their pitfalls: 1) We were considering the Civic with leather interior. We called first to make sure there was one in stock, before driving 1 hr. 45 minutes for nothing. We were told there were "plenty". We arrived the next day. There were exactly zero in stock. We ended up buying the fabric seat model. 2) This may be unique to our situation, as we are Rhode Island residents, but they insisted that they had to use a title service company that would prepare the paperwork, and send it via FedEx to the RI Registry of Motor Vehicles. They said it would go out on Monday (we bought the car on Saturday), and the DMV should have it no later that Wednesday. Fast forward to Thursday, the DMV receives the title. All day Friday was spent waiting in line at the DMV (not Atamian's fault), only to find that, when it was our turn, the paperwork was not done. The title service had simply put the title in a FedEx envelope and mailed four days later. Worse, the title was WRONG (very much Atamian's fault). The person responsible for filling out the title only put one name on the title, despite there being two names on the bill of sale. As I'm sure you can guess...if the title doesn't match the bill of sale, you can't register the car. We frantically called Atamian and were transferred to a kind woman named Jessica, who promptly reissued a bill of sale with only one name- to match the title which couldn't be edited at this point- and faxed it to the DMV, just before closing. When the fax didn't come through, she faxed it again, and even called several minutes later to make sure that we received it. Thank you, thank you, Jessica. We really didn't want to face another entire day wasted at the registry. 4) The worst part of the entire experience was the pick up. Annoying enough that we purchased an in-stock vehicle and had to wait an entire week to pick it up...we were told by our salesman, Andre LeDuc, to "give me a call when you're on your way, so I can have them clean up the car for you". So, we finally were able to register the car on Friday afternoon, and called on Saturday to say we were on our way, as instructed. Andre was startlingly rude. Belligerent even. He started ranting "I told you to call ahead. I don't have time for this now. It's a holiday weekend." ME: "You told me to call when I was on my way...your words exactly. Now, I'm on my way." More nasty tone from Andre (who had been very pleasant to deal with during the sale). He was refusing to give us the car that day. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold for 10 minutes, then transferred to a manager. MANAGER: "I'm really sorry, but we don't allow pick ups on Saturdays". Funny, at no point had they mentioned that before. ME: "I'm sorry, but we're on our way. You should have told us that before. We need the car, we've already waited a week." MANAGER: "Well, it is going to take us awhile, because there are four other cars ahead of you for pick up." ME: "Really? I thought you just told me you don't allow pick ups on Saturdays." MANAGER: <silence>. Once we arrived (about an hour and a half after this phone conversation), it took another hour of sitting around to get the car. I recommend this dealership to someone who is willing to sacrifice good service for the best possible price. Be sure to get an quote BEFORE you go. It will save you heaps, and make the sting of poor service a bit easier to handle. More

I have leased a Honda Accord for 3 years now, it was time to renew my lease. I went to Atamian Honda at 11 am, I was in my new lease, signed, sealed, delivered by 2pm. John was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right vehicle. What impressed me the most was the fact that we had considered two vehicles (Pilot and CRV) and he didn't automatically pressure u the right vehicle. What impressed me the most was the fact that we had considered two vehicles (Pilot and CRV) and he didn't automatically pressure us to buy the more expensive one - he made sure the one we chose was the right fit for US.
