These guys were great - I can see why they are managers - they're very knowledgeable and they were helpful. Misleading and Unapologetic - The internet manager Dixie Richards was misleading and unapologetic about it. She promised me servicing and price deals which the sales team could not honor and to my surprise Richards was misleading and unapologetic about it. She promised me servicing and price deals which the sales team could not honor and to my surprise mentioned that such deals did not exist. Later another manager called to ask why they couldn’t gain my business. After my detailed explanation and a promise from her to sort out the matter – No Solution and No apologies. It was as if they don’t need to respect customers at all. The only person who was good to deal with was Tarik, the salesperson. I would have loved to buy the car from him, if he worked with another dealership. That being said the prices here are very competitive, it’s the ethics that sucks. More
Bought my son a 07 Mercury Mariner from Russell Smith. Was a good experience. Russell took his time with us to make sure everything was right. Financed with Ray Leduc. Another good experience. All in Was a good experience. Russell took his time with us to make sure everything was right. Financed with Ray Leduc. Another good experience. All in all, a smooth transition. Bought extended warranty. Brought vehicle in Monday for a problem. Everything was covered by extended warranty. I was worried because of experiences and horror stories regarding other dealers. Everything at Atamian was professional. Charlie and Ben (Service Department) were great. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. I felt obligated to write something to let others know of the positive outcome. I usually don't take the time to do this. I would highly recommend them and will continue to bring this vehicle to Atamian for any service related issues. Thanks, Barry Clemente, Stoneham,Ma. More

Salesman Jonathan was very knowledgable about the vehicle and what would be good as accessories. When we made the deal Steve walked us through the details and got us a loan rate better than anything we could get from the banks. We did shop the dealer at 3 locateion commonwealth Honda, Ira Honda, botch Honda. Atamian beat them all buy thousands. It was my first pleasurable car buying experience. We jiggly recommend them this dealer. Michael jarbeau More

I was looking for a car for my wife and had narrowed down my search to these very specific parameters: 2008 Honda Pilot EX-L Less than 30,000 miles Must be Honda Certified $23,000 - $27,000 I stumb my search to these very specific parameters: 2008 Honda Pilot EX-L Less than 30,000 miles Must be Honda Certified $23,000 - $27,000 I stumbled upon Atamian Honda after test driving a Pilot at a neighboring dealership. I was looking around the lot and was greeted by a gentleman named Gabriel Ramey. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately steered me toward a 2008 Pilot with 28,800 miles on it. It was immaculate inside and it met all of the criteria associated with my search. I test drove the car and loved it. Unfortunately my wife couldn't accompany me because one of our children was ill, and I wanted her to drive it before any decisions were made. I explained the situation to Gabe and he was kind enough to hold the car for me overnight with my promise that I would return the next day with my wife. Gabe even offerred to drive the car to my home if it wasn't possible for my wife to leave the house. Fortunately my son felt much better the next day and we were able to go back to Atamian together. Long story short, my wife loved the car and we purchased it that day. Gabriel is a sweet man and a pleasure to deal with. He's knowledgeable, thorough and very enthusiastic. Since our purchase last weekend I have received 2 telephone calls and 1 email message from him thanking me for my business and making sure that we were completely satisfied with everything. A very positive experience from start to finish. We really enjoyed working with Gabe and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car. More
I had a bad experience with Atamian Honda. Based on my only interaction with Atamian Honda, my advice is that you cannot trust what they tell you (either as a result of incompetence, duplicity, or both on only interaction with Atamian Honda, my advice is that you cannot trust what they tell you (either as a result of incompetence, duplicity, or both on their part). I present the facts of my story, and you can judge how it reflects on Atamian Honda. I was in the market for a Honda Fit. The trim and color I wanted was in short supply in the state of Massachusetts, and there was a special low-APR financing deal from Honda that was soon to expire. I was searching the online inventories of Honda dealers across the state and calling those with the model I wanted to get price quotes. I solicited a quote from Atamian Honda via their internet sales department and began a series of phone negotiations. Atamian Honda called me several times and gave me a very competitive quote on a Honda Fit that they would shortly be receiving (it wasn't yet on the lot was but was in transit and just a few days away from delivery). Being naturally wary of car dealers, I tried my best to make sure I was getting the fully story. I live over 2 hours away from Tewksbury, MA, and I didn't want to drive all the way into the dealership to find out that the offer I'd negotiated over the phone was not the final deal I could sign. I had Atamian Honda write up, sign, and fax me a detailed quote. I asked repeatedly in my phone calls to the dealer whether I could take advantage of Honda's special low-APR financing deal on this particular vehicle in question and was consistently assured that I could. In fact, the dealer pressed me to come in asap before the special financing offer expired so that I might do just that. On the final evening of Honda's special low-APR financing deal period, I left work early and drove over 2 hours to Atamian Honda with my signed price quote in hand relatively confident that I'd secured a good deal on my Honda Fit. Shortly after I arrived, I was told by the salesperson that, while they could sell me the Honda Fit that evening whose price I'd been negotiating with them on the phone, I couldn't take advantage of Honda's special low-APR financing deal because the car wasn't actually on the lot yet. This was an unfortunate wrinkle that effectively added about $800 in financing costs beyond what I'd been promised repeatedly over the phone. Of course, Atamian Honda said that they'd be glad to sell me one of the more expensive trim models that they had on the lot at the favorable APR, but I didn't need to drive across the whole state to find that deal. My salesperson apologized that they'd made this "mistake" (saying that the internet sales guy was new to that role [though I know he's been at the dealership for a while, so he should still have known better]). I suggested that they could keep me happy (keeping me happy would have avoided my having to write this negative review) by selling me the car at their "breakeven cost" (i.e., dealer invoice minus dealer hold back) to compensate for their unfortunate "mistake" and my having driven across the state to their showroom under false pretenses. If they'd taken me up on this offer, I still would have paid about $400 more than they'd led me to believe taking into account financing costs, but, considering my alternatives, it still would have been worth it to me. They declined this offer, and I walked out. I think I'll probably end up paying more for a different model somewhere else, but I wasn't about to give this dealership my business. I'd rather pay more to a dealer that won't jerk me around (purposely or mistakenly). So what was the root of my problem with Atamian Honda? Were they incompetent (did they really not know they were repeatedly telling me they could give me a financing deal that they couldn't?) or were they just lying to me the whole time (e.g., to get me into the show room at which point they figured I'd buy just be resigned to buying something)? Later, when confronted about this "mistake," the Atamian Honda internet sales manager insisted that the "fine print" on his signed quote had indicated that the offer was only good on vehicles "in stock" which apparently did not include vehicles that were listed in Atamian Honda's online inventory but which were still "in transit." Of course, this guy somehow managed to talk to me at least a half dozen times on the phone about this very "in transit" vehicle without mentioning this and wrote up, signed, and faxed me a detailed price quote for the "in transit" vehicle without mentioning that the "fine print" on the quote essentially meant that the quote did not apply to the "in transit" vehicle in question. Throughout my interaction with Atamian Honda, I had this nagging sense that I couldn't trust them (a stronger such feeling than I get from most car dealers). As such, I tried very carefully to ask about everything I could think of in my phone conversations and to get the key stuff in writing. In the end, I still didn't get my deal. More
Bill Jarrett is the sales person I worked with. I have researched alot about the Odyssey 11 I was looking to buy. I knew all the details about the car and the pricing. I have been to 5 other honda dealers researched alot about the Odyssey 11 I was looking to buy. I knew all the details about the car and the pricing. I have been to 5 other honda dealers around. few of them dint even treat me to 40% of what Atamian did. I guess it starts with how you are treated but, it does not end there. Atamian and Bill have been extremely patient in providing me the pricing and vehicle information. Also let me drive serveral models at times and let me decide in my own sweet time.. .actually 6 months... thats bad but, it was my necesity. I really apreciate the way Bill dealt with me for every phone call he made thru these 6 moths... that was at least 50 plus calls. oh man.. Atamian rocks in service and even pricing.. I think its the way how they treat the customer more than appearance/size and fecility at the dealer. I strongly recommend any one to shop here first or at least last so you have an opportunity to explore. More
