I know of no greater accolade that you could bestow on a dealership than to say you've purchased more than one vehicle from it. I have purchased at least seven, either for my family members or myself, over dealership than to say you've purchased more than one vehicle from it. I have purchased at least seven, either for my family members or myself, over the twenty years that I've lived in town. Whether I shop them first or last, I am more than satisfied with the treatment that I am given and the price that I have been quoted. Rarely have I had to enter stressful negotiations. Jerry at Atamian was the ONLY one that provided a quote and not the multiple phone calls and emails about "when can you come in 2) When I went in the saleman, Darryll Valcourt, was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent service throughout. 3) The quote I provided was EXACTLY what I paid. No funny business, or trying to make it back on the trade or post sales add-ons (scotch guard, paint coating, ext warranty). They do make you aware of these but it's the opposite of the hard sell. They are family owned & operated and it shows. They've been there a long time and are committed to being there for the long term. If you are lookig for a VW or Honda you should check Atamian out. Definitely ask for Darryll. More

I recently bought a used 4runner from Atamian Honda. Atamain was very upfront about all out the door costs and we were able to reach a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised that there were NO last minute costs or changes that i have seen at other dealers. They were upfront through the entire sales process. A few weeks after driving the car, I noticed a bad shimmy in the front end. I had a local mechanic look at it, and there was a blown shock. I called Atamian service and they said bring it in for a repair under warranty. They paid for a rental car for two days while it was in the shop. They ended up replacing both shocks as the other one looked worn (but not blown). So for sales and service, I would highly recommend Atamian. More

Atamian employees are not even the "B" team, they're all the "C" team at best. This place is easily the worst dealership in the Metro Boston area on every front but one, price. I bought a '12 CR-V here for $700 less than the mighty Boch wanted. They had the one I wanted at a price I couldn't believe. They tried to make it up by attempting to low-ball my trade for an insanely low price. I almost (& probably should have) walked-out right then. I have no problems negotiating, but it was just insulting & I'm used to fighting over $500 but this was thousands below even their own Black Book from their website, never mind KBB. In the end, I did get the exact deal I wanted but I dealt with complete incompetence & unprofessionalism the entire time (including after the sale). In the future, I'll pay more not to buy here. He was a very good salesman right from beginning to end, didn't play any games, showed us the SUV (we bought a 2012 Honda Pilot) and took us for test drives, explained almost all of the features. He has good knowledge on cars and was very coperative with all our needs. We definetly recommend him and Atamian for any future prospective buyers. It was worth our time to drive all the way up to Tewksbury. People living in the Metrowest area should really consider this dealership when shopping for Hondas. Ray Leduc is also another good person we dealt with who is in charge of Financing. Overall a great car buying experiance. More
