As a newly graduated student recently getting a full time job, I was finally ready to buy a car. The second I walked into Atamian I was greeted by Edith with a smile and an outstanding welcoming. Prior to go job, I was finally ready to buy a car. The second I walked into Atamian I was greeted by Edith with a smile and an outstanding welcoming. Prior to going to Atamian, I had been to four car dealerships and felt pressured by the sales representatives who all gave me the impression that they had no interest on the customer, and only about the sale. Edith was the ONLY sales representative in five total honda dealerships to greet me as a customer first, making sure that I was comfortable and making sure she guided me to my first purchase of a car, and because of Edith's outstanding customer service, she was the only dealership that I went back too. I was offered one lower price from commonwealth honda of 200 dollars less than the best offer that Atamian could offer, but I felt so welcomed and comfortable with Edith as my sales representative, that I drove back to Tewksbury because I wanted to buy the car at Atamian. After being to four car dealerships I almost came to the conclusion that every sales rep had no interest in the customer and only cared about the customer until I came to Edith at Atamian honda. I was so blown away with the customer service and the interpersonal skills that Edith brought to the table that I would not have bought a car anywhere else. Edith displayed the best customer service I have ever experienced in 23 years and I will make sure to recommend every person to go to Atamian Honda and buy a car from Edith. Her knowledge of the cars, customer service, and warming personality cannot be matched and that is why she got my business and will always have my respect. Edith and Atamian Honda delivered to me the best car shopping experience, by far, of the five total places I traveled too and deserve the highest praise. More

I purchased the car Tuesday night after 5pm, so unfortunately I was not able to drive the car off the lot that night. Cee came in the following day (on his day off) to ensure that I would be able to drive my vehicle ASAP. My car was ready to go on Wednesday by 2pm. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready to drive off the lot! In addition to coming to work on his day off, Cee spent over 45 minutes with me going over every feature of the car! I was blown away by the service and friendliness of the staff. In addition to Cee, Kevin Cregg and Steve Redding provided me with exceptional service! My husband and I arrived at Atamian on Sat. at 1:00 and left by 4:30 with our CRV! Our sales person Tarik was absolutely fantastic! I told him from the start I really did not like going to a car dealer and left by 4:30 with our CRV! Our sales person Tarik was absolutely fantastic! I told him from the start I really did not like going to a car dealer and had just had a horrible experience at a dealer closer to our home. We traveled 2 hours to get to this dealer and it was well worth it. Tarik made sure I got everything I asked for and his was quite fast considering all we had to do. He was very friendly and listened to me when I had concerns or questions. I can be very picky and critical but Tarik knew how to keep me happy. Great guy and great dealership. As soon as my parents and I walked in the door, Edwin greeted and assisted us. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the Honda Civic I came in to test drive. I made an appointment with Cee and test drive a new 2013 Honda Accord, Cee was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and I knew right away this was car for me and I was so please with the vehicle and the experience I decided to not to shop around anymore. I had some credit issue but everyone there was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of the car.
