Ray in Finance was great as well - last year we dealt with John Pudlo, and Ray was the exact opposite of John: friendly, professional and very helpful. Overall I will gladly be recommending Atamian and especially Dan Traficante to friends and family, but make sure somebody other than John processes your loan.
