I first communicated with Stephanie, who gave me a fair online quote, and she came to greet me when I arrived. Then I worked with Dan on the sale. He was fantastic--he listened and he was respectful. I ended up with the car I wanted at a fair price. When I came back to pick it up Dan was very thorough about explaining all of the features and helping me to set everything up. I never felt he was rushing me. I could tell that he enjoys his job--he likes helping people. This made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful. More
