Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Classless. This review is going back about 2 months. I started looking into atamian when I was considering leasing a civic si. I went on the website and looked a This review is going back about 2 months. I started looking into atamian when I was considering leasing a civic si. I went on the website and looked at the models, settled on the one I liked, and clicked on the "get your e-price" tab. Mind you, the vehicles MSRP is very strategically positioned above this tab. As if to suggest that by clicking the tab, you will be getting a discounted price. First mistake. But I still clicked on it. Not too long after the emails started coming in. I asked about the E-Price, and was told that the Si coups are "rare" and the price doesnt change. I responded by asking why the e-price tab was even there and the girl said "it's only there to get sales leads, not to change the price". Classic 1980's style deceptive sales practices at work. At this point, I decided to look elsewhere. Fast forward a week or so, I had started to think about downsizing from a truck to an SUV. I went in met Darryl, he was great, straight to the point and was were making progress but i had to cut the appointment short to pick up my daughter. As s responsible consumer, I was checking prices everywhere. I met with people at Commonwealth a d left without lease numbers. They appraised my vehicle but it was late and they said they would get back to me. Yesterday, they gave me a very good offer. But because Darryl was great, I felt he deserved a shot to earn my business. I told Kristy (the saleswoman who I had been communicating with) about the offer I received and she told me "that doesnt sound honest". A remark someone else responded to and attempted to clarify. The internet sales people are really unprofessional and dont treat people with respect. I went back in today, darryl wasn't in and I got someone who didnt bother to introduce himself, and a very pushy and arrogant sales manager who also didnt give me his name. After telling them I didnt have time to go through all new paperwork, they rushed around to appraise my truck (literally sat inside it for 4 minutes and did one quick walk around. They then lowballed me and said "you said you didnt have time so this is where we are. Isughed and walked out. Someone owes Darryl an apology. That man is probably losing so many customers because the people he works with are incompetent and DISRESPECTFUL. I watched an employee talk with a customer on the phone, then go into the office with the other salesmen and managers and start making fun of the guy. This is the reason car dealers have the reputation for being sleazy, manipulating and awful to deal with. Other employees were dropping F bombs like noone was there. I was at a complete loss for words. I wish I could get that customers name so I can tell them that they were being so disrespectful to him. AVOID THIS PLACE. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT IT IS. There are classes that people can take to enhance their customer service skills, combine that with common decency, respect, and good communication skills, that's what you would need to get this dealership something close to an okay reputation. Awful. Just awful. This is a major disappointment. Again, I feel sorry for Darryl. Going through all of these reviews, DISRESPECTFUL employees seems to be a common theme. More
Service on recalls for odessey Service advisor was great. Service performed on car was good. Only issue i had i used the car service to bring me home and pick me up. Was supposed to be picked up at noon time at my house to go back for my vehicle. Waited till 12:15, still nothing. Called car service number i was given, was told i wasn’t on the list to be picked up. I had told advisor i needed to be picked up no later than noon cause i had to get my kids at school. Due to this issue i had to make arrangements for my kids to be picked up. Other than that i was pleased with them More

Rep was very helpful with this and checked my car in. He explained the option to come in anytime for services I declined at this time. Overall good experience at Atamian. Only problem is the wait time. Always make an appointment and arrive on-time, but car sits for 45 minutes or more before service even begins. More
