If you long for the days of feeling like you’re being scammed buying a car, this is the place for you. The manager has created a toxic atmosphere where achieving sales goals supersedes the customer exper scammed buying a car, this is the place for you. The manager has created a toxic atmosphere where achieving sales goals supersedes the customer experience. The way the manager treated my wife and daughter was sexist and dismissive. The promotional offer disappeared. We had to call repeatedly FOR DAYS to find this out. Since the paperwork was filled out, I’m sure we helped them achieve their target for the event. Glad the manager hit his bonus, but he was probably too busy bad mouthing his sales people to notice.Tewksbury deserve better. More

This has been the 2nd worse experience in my auto owning life...Yesterday morning my auto would not start, I called AAA and they came and jumped it...and told me I needed a new battery...Like an idiot I tol life...Yesterday morning my auto would not start, I called AAA and they came and jumped it...and told me I needed a new battery...Like an idiot I told them I would go to the dealership ( Atamian in Tewksbury)...After an hour and 15 minutes I was told it was not the battery but the battery post that were corroded and was charged $48 for cleaning them....Well, this morning the car would not start again!!!!!...I am currently waiting for AA to come and install a new battery....I called Atamian explained the situation and demanded a refund for yesterday's MISTAKE.....An hour and a half, I have yet to hear from anyone there...I absolutely WOULD send my worst enemy to this dealership. Do their mechanics have licenses???? More

I had a great experience at Atamian. Inventory for the SUV I wanted was limited. Atamian had I what I wanted in stock. They offered me a very fair price compared to other local dealers.
