This has been the 2nd worse experience in my auto owning life...Yesterday morning my auto would not start, I called AAA and they came and jumped it...and told me I needed a new battery...Like an idiot I tol life...Yesterday morning my auto would not start, I called AAA and they came and jumped it...and told me I needed a new battery...Like an idiot I told them I would go to the dealership ( Atamian in Tewksbury)...After an hour and 15 minutes I was told it was not the battery but the battery post that were corroded and was charged $48 for cleaning them....Well, this morning the car would not start again!!!!!...I am currently waiting for AA to come and install a new battery....I called Atamian explained the situation and demanded a refund for yesterday's MISTAKE.....An hour and a half, I have yet to hear from anyone there...I absolutely WOULD send my worst enemy to this dealership. Do their mechanics have licenses???? More

I had a great experience at Atamian. Inventory for the SUV I wanted was limited. Atamian had I what I wanted in stock. They offered me a very fair price compared to other local dealers. Had my car serviced there as usual and am satisfied with the work that was done. Efficient and did not have to wait a long time. STAY AWAY FROM ATAMIAN HONDA THEIR SERVICE AND PARTS DEPERTMENTS ARE CLUELESS AND DISORGANIZED. Our purchase/lease experience was not the best but what really turned us off was their Service & Parts Dep DEPERTMENTS ARE CLUELESS AND DISORGANIZED. Our purchase/lease experience was not the best but what really turned us off was their Service & Parts Departments. Disorganized, clueless and people who can't perform simple tasks on vehicles. On 2018 we leased a Honda Pilot. They leased us a car that was misaligned and additionally developed a annoying squeaky sound on the driver chair. So during a regularly scheduled maintenance I requested they perform a full alignment on the vehicle (which they charged me $200 for) and also requested they look into and fix the driver chair squeak issue. they could not fix the chair issue as they claimed they needed the car for longer time and of course the alignment was not done right as the steering wheel was completely misaligned when I drove off but they claimed "...yeah but the wheel alignment was done right". Made another appointment for two weeks later to hopefully address both issues correctly this time and they requested to keep the vehicle all day which is very difficult for our family. Eight hours later I picked up car, alignment seemed correct but the chair issue was not fixed as they recommended they replace the seat frame and track and had to order the parts. Their second attempt for an alignment did not work out again as 4 days later the steering wheel became misaligned for no reason. When I called to complain about it and request they fix it, of course they blamed my wife and I that we are not paying attention when we are driving. What nerve! I took the car to my mechanic who aligned it correctly the first time and was good for over 1.5 years when we returned the vehicle. Seven months later they get the seat parts and call to make an appointment and request to keep the car a full day. Again this is very difficult for our family, but we managed to reschedule/cancel our appointments to make this happen. I show up to my appointment 8am on the dot. The guy behind the counter says "we can't find your parts we need to reschedule your appointment". I could not believe what I was hearing. I said "...my appointment is today we had to cancel and move all our other apps for today, therefore this needs to be completed today", to which he responded "...we cannot locate the parts" at which point I requested to speak with Jake Mademian, who I always dealt with at the time. The guys response was "...Jake is not in today" so I said "...well maybe you can call him and he can help you locate the parts" so his wise crack response was "...we can't do that its his day off, would like to be contacted on your day off?" So I walked out did not look back and never went back. A month later some person from Atamians parts department had to nerve to leave me a voice mail stating "...we have you seat parts here and you haven't been in to install them. If you don't call to make an appointment in 4 days we will be shipping the parts back". More
