Our car broke down on the highway Saturday and we were far from home. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and took care of us right away. Ben called us throughout the day and was very helpful in explaining the issues, the needed repairs and coordinating with us on returning to pick up the car. The manager has created a toxic atmosphere where achieving sales goals supersedes the customer exper scammed buying a car, this is the place for you. The promotional offer disappeared. We had to call repeatedly FOR DAYS to find this out. Since the paperwork was filled out, I’m sure we helped them achieve their target for the event. Glad the manager hit his bonus, but he was probably too busy bad mouthing his sales people to notice.Tewksbury deserve better. More
