People who have shopped here before told me not to go and they were right. If I want a Ford I would shop OUT OF TOWN and make the drive. Their mark up is huge. Plan on them trying to get you to pay $4000 more then MSRP. And people that know the owner know why this place operates as shady as it does. Ford makes a good product and they deserve better then this. More

I went in to Astoria Ford looking for a used car. I told them exactly what I wanted and my price range. Instead of showing me cars that I was interested in, they kept having me drive brand new cars. I broug them exactly what I wanted and my price range. Instead of showing me cars that I was interested in, they kept having me drive brand new cars. I brought in my pay stubs to show exactly how much I made, when asking for my pre-buy information they said they would leave my total income blank just in case they needed to claim higher amount to ensure financing for a brand new car. I was frustrated very quickly. When I told them point blank that I would not be buying a new car they finally started showing me cars in my price range. One car was a 1987 Ford Taurus. I told them this was not a reliable car and the miles were way to high. While the idiot salesman went inside the office to "talk to his manager" they had three guys planted in the room talking loud enough for me to hear, saying what a dependable and reliable car the Taurus was. At that point I left. Have not been back and never will go back! More

I try to buy a car in November 17,2012. The car was in poor conditions and I cancel the contract and asked about return my trade in car I gave. They dump my plates,they began to yell and disrespect. Within two days the front brake pad was grinding on the rotor. Oops, guess when tey checked the brake pads, and yes that was part of the inspection, they did not really inspect the brakes. Lincoln brake problem - Rear brakes worn prematurely, under warranty, service guy replaced brake pads and said there must be something wrong with the calipers, when I asked if he ordered new calipers he gave me that deer in the headlight look, like it never occurred to him. New calipers ordered, car was in the shop an extra two days. I would give this dealership a negative rating if I could. More

I went to Astoria Ford to get an oil change done and even though I was on time for my appointment they took an her to do it. Before going there we have never experienced any problems with the coolant system though I was on time for my appointment they took an her to do it. The morning of the oil change our heater worked great but that evening our heater was blowing out cold air. So the next day I checked the coolant and saw the resivor was empty our car was over heating so I called Astoria Ford about these problems and was asked to bring the car back to them where the tech added coolant and said there was an air lock. I was running late for work so a salesman gave me a ride while the service manager tried talking my fiance into doing a 340 dollar repair to the resivor which wasn't there prior to there oil change....
