After we settled on one and got the process started, we then changed our minds again but Bob was unphased. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer a hundred questions. We decided on the 300 S and Bob took the time to explain every bell and whistle. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating; with their approach to hospitality in the guest lounge, you almost expect a server to walk by with a tray of cocktails and offer to comp your suite. We were in and out in no time and the experience was truly hassle-free. More
