Chuck was even outside with a rag and cleaner taking it to my car to make sure it looked perfect....and this was 20 minutes after they closed. He really cares about your experience. All the other sales staff I came in contact with (Bob Geritchen and Dan Stephens) were very personable and helpful and even calling me by name the next day when I stopped by.
