I showed up unannounced and was greeted by Terry. After the brief chit-chat I cut to the chase and explained to him the reason for my visit. At that point, Terry turned into a machine. He was focused on one thing and one thing only - helping me make Christmas a bit brighter for my mom! What a blessing it was to have Terry involved in the process. He absolutely took care of all my needs and made the car buying process as seamless and transparent as possible. And on top of Terry's excellent service and attention to detail was Fred's efforts to get the best financing possible for me. He was able to get the monthly payments lower than what I was hoping for and found a way to include a maintenance plan to make sure I didn't have to worry about mom having problems since she lives 10 hours away. I have purchased new vehicles from Astorg Ford in the past. This was my first experience with the pre-owned side of Astorg. The bottom line - the Astorg approach to business and customer care is the same whether buying new or pre-owned. I will return and I will recommend Astorg to my friends. P.S. I also had some of the absolute best mouthwatering homemade venison summer sausage I have ever eaten in my life. Words do not do justice to this creation.
