There were no add ons, no hidden charges— just honest, hard working people making this an enjoyable experience! Honestly I was a little apprehensive, but each time “Mate” and I texted or spoke on the phone my apprehension melted away. When I look for another vehicle it will be with these fine people and I will do it remotely- something I would have never considered a week ago. Or maybe I come back down just to see them!! More

Purchased a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLS 450 in October 2023. Buying experience was top notch! A couple of weeks after our very expensive purchase we noticed a paint defect on the vehicle. A week went and then another and another. I was NEVER contacted by management. Texted the sales person again! He was very apologetic and was gonna reach out to management again to see how to go about this situation to get my vehicle repaired. November and December rolled around my car wasn’t fixed and I was never contacted by management! I left multiple messages for management, NO response! Here we are and it’s May 2024 and my car hasn’t been fixed. I’ve never been contacted by management. I had to reach out to Mercedes Executive Manager. He told me last week that Astorg would call me that day to set everything up! Days went by and SURPRISE NO CONTACT! I had to contact the Executive Referral Manager again. In less than 24 hours, Mr Sturgill, the service manager at the Lexington KY dealership reached out to me. He had a body shop appointment set up and a getting me a rental vehicle. Sadly I have to drive my vehicle all the way to Lexington bc I bought it at Astorg, but Mercedes is getting me a rental car. This has been a headache. I spent over 100k on a vehicle from Astorg and now I have to take it to another dealer to get it repaired! PATHETIC SERVICE AT ASTORG! MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. We planned buying our daughter a new Benz on 2 years for her high school graduation but it won’t be from this dealership! I’ll drive 3 hours to Lexington to buy another Benz instead of using the dealer in my back door! Jessica Lowe More

Fantastic Customer Service. Not only did Gerry pick us up at the airport, but we had a flat 50 miles away on the drive back to Houston. The local tire shops in the small town Not only did Gerry pick us up at the airport, but we had a flat 50 miles away on the drive back to Houston. The local tire shops in the small town didn't have a run flat tire in st ock and said it would be two days before they could get one. I called Gerry and even though the service department was closed they went back there and found a tire and had it delivered 50 miles away late on a Saturday afternoon so we wouldn't be stuck!!! I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more highly!!! Great People!!! Great Service!!! More
