I’m giving my service one star because it took three times for my vehicle to be brought in for it to be serviced correctly. The check engine light came on, and it was not time for regular maintenance. I called and the service department was able to make an appointment for the next day. Once the issue was diagnosed, I was give regular maintenance. I called and the service department was able to make an appointment for the next day. Once the issue was diagnosed, I was given estimates of the amount and the timeframe. 3.5 hours later I drove away with the problem fixed and the vehicle washed.
