We had an emergency with a battery failure. We didn't have an appointment; yet they put our SUV next in line. The team didn't find any issues but tested/tightened all connections anyway. Routine oil change and technician forgot to put the oil cap back on- discovered after a week for driving the vehicle- burning smell and smoking from engine to find oil spatter all over engine and hood...am cap back on- discovered after a week for driving the vehicle- burning smell and smoking from engine to find oil spatter all over engine and hood...amazingly a catastrophe was avoided, mostly because I only drive this vehicle sporadically and very short distances. Had to be towed and take multiple Ubers at my expense, only to be told by service tech "we are very sorry, and the next oil change is on us". No offer to refund the $350 I just paid for the negligent service provided, nor the costs for the multiple uber trips I incurred. When I mentioned that the day after the $350 service was performed I received an email with a $100 off coupon, the service rep chuckled...needless to say, I expect more from both a mechanical service and customer service standpoint. Here rather, the overall vibe is one of, we are doing you a favor by selling you or servicing your vehicle... More
