Dealership was clean and the employees that helped us at the dealership were professional, pleasant, respectful, and helpful. The 2 drawbacks were the cleanliness of the car. It was very dirty. Streaks from cleaning like a 10 year old would leave, and all the slightly harder places to access were very dirty. It’s suppose to be a new car. When we opened the gas cover it was absolutely full of dirt! The car was presented to us that way, and when they took the car to get it cleaned up it came back better, but still not clean like a new car should be. Secondly, the car was purchased for our family as my wife’s daily vehicle. Everything was presented to me as if I was buying the vehicle. Paperwork and questions were all directed at me inside the dealership. My wife is the one who sat in the front driver’s seat for the test drive and for learning the cars features, not me. I would suggest the staff ask who the vehicle is for and how the paperwork should be laid out so as not to put my wife off. I think she felt slighted to a certain extent. Drove from Esko, MN for the deal. We bought a new 2018 Honda Pilot, no trade in, they were the best deal by far over Duluth or Minneapolis. More
