The repairs on my 2014 Ford Escape, a safely recall involving door latches, were completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was told it would take up to four hours, but it took about two. The repairs were explained to me and I was on my way. I definitely would recommend this dealership; it's top shelf. More

Excellent service, friendly, courteous and kepy you informed I had purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium in February 2016 which ended up being a "lemon". Purchased in Minong, Wi. but took it to Ashland Ford/Chrysl I had purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium in February 2016 which ended up being a "lemon". Purchased in Minong, Wi. but took it to Ashland Ford/Chrysler for repairs, because it was closer. All electrical components malfunctioned. After about an hour or two all components returned. Malfunctioned in February 2016, twice in May, 2016 and twice in July 2016. Ford replaced all electrical wiring after having the vehicle about 30 days. Filed a Lemon Lawsuit in September. Ford purchased the vehicle from me on January 10, 2017. I purchased a new 2016 Ford Edge Titanium with the help from Ashland Ford/Chrysler. They worked hard finding me the vehicle I wanted before settlement date with Ford expired. When picking up new vehicle everyone had all paperwork, settlement and vehicle clean and ready to go. This is one super dealership I would highly recommend them to everyone. More
