We found what my wife would love, discussed many different buying options and settled in on what fit my needs. Brian was also the easiest credit manager I have dealt with and was in and out of his office with all the signings in less than 10 minutes. To go above and beyond Jason then set up a perfect surprise for my wife complete with a big red bow on the hood. I cannot say enough good things about him because any need, any concern was addressed. I will search him out for my next car buying purchase. More

When I was considering trading cars, I had not even considered a Ford, much less a Fusion. I received a call from the dealership because of research I had done on KBB, and invited me to come by and speak to a manager. I was pleasantly surprised with the home town feeling and the welcome I received. I dealt with JB and Greg, and they listened to what I was looking for, my budget constraints and more than delivered. All my needs were met, they did not try to push anything extra beyond what I asked for and made the transaction very painless. I have told a multitude of people about the great experience I had purchasing my be Fusion and would recommend these guys highly. I have visited the quick lube service center twice now, and have been very pleased with this as well. Will continue to have my new Ford serviced at the dealership. Overall, my experience with Asheville Ford has been amazing and I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
service department lacks timely accurate communication Failure of the service department to communicate in a timely and accurate manner resulted in my being charged over $500 for no work being done. Wedne Failure of the service department to communicate in a timely and accurate manner resulted in my being charged over $500 for no work being done. Wednesday morning I am being told the parts are there and work has begun, then no call backs until late in the day and suddenly the parts won't even arrive until Friday or maybe Saturday. Given the sudden change and need to get my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion, I chose an alternate service provider and was then charged over $500 to retrieve my vehicle, including a restocking fee for parts which had not even been delivered at the time. I would not go back again, and would recommend you get any commitments from them in writing. More
