Great Experience I went in just looking since I had about a year left on my Explorer lease, and came out happy as could be with a new lease on a 2017 Escape. Asheville Ford had a model that was EXACTLY what I was looking to get when my lease was up, and they made it work for me now. Sharla knew everything there was to know about that car and was able to answer all my questions. She spent her entire day with me, and then an hour the next day when I went back to pick it up (my choice) on practicing the features. Jason made sure the deal could happen and Brian was fast and efficient in getting all the paperwork ready. My fact-finding trip turned into a very unexpected and fantastic surprise.
