Purchase of Black 2017 F150 Platinum, my Dream Truck I arrived at Asheville Ford knowing beforehand exactly what truck I wanted as well as the essential (to me) options. The salesman that greeted me on the new truck lot was Mark McKinney and from the first words exchanged between us there was an instant connection and he understood my requests. He was an attentive listener, was very informative when questioned and yet was able to offer expert and gentle advice when called upon. There was a very limited availability of the Platinum F150 because of the lateness in the model year but Mark and the staff at Asheville Ford were able to locate the truck with my exact list of "required options" and were able to procure and prepare for delivery in just a matter of a few short days. Then there was the list of 'other stuff' I wanted: spray on berliner, Roll N Lock bed cover, aftermarket wheels and tires, lift kit and exhaust. Mark was able to guide me thru this process (with valuable assistance from Greg M) and thru this entire process he was exceptional, pleasant and professional. I took delivery of my beautiful new truck this morning. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark to ANY and ALL. More

Sales Associate Jaye Flood was excellent at answering questions and did a very good job of showing an Explorer with more accessories and features than I wanted. The Explorer I wanted had to come from another dealership which was ok with me. In the negotiations....I offered a price and Jaye came back and stated she was told they could not do the deal for that price because of the cost of 72 mo. financing. I think I was told an untruth since Ford Credit was handling the finance. I did have to increase the offer...which I think was unfair for the reason given. I do love the vehicle! More
