She was very helpful and even had pictures of the vehicle taken for me (it was a new listing and none had yet been taken). I drove the 2-1/2 hours to view the the vehicle the next week and met with Manager Jason who put me in touch with Chris Mease. Chris worked with my wife and I until we came to the decision to purchase the vehicle. Things went smooth with their help and we finally was able to met Makenzie who was super nice and helpful. These people were super to work with even though the vehicle we purchased was not a Ford product ( it was a Toyota). We had a very good experience at Asheville Ford! THANK YOU! My new RED Explorer! A week or so ago I stopped at Asheville Ford to see what vehicles they had on the lot. I knew I wanted something bigger than the Edge I was driving. A week or so ago I stopped at Asheville Ford to see what vehicles they had on the lot. I knew I wanted something bigger than the Edge I was driving. I had owned an Explorer before so new the seating and cargo capabilities. I’ve been a Ford owner for over 40 years so had a specific list of “must haves” for my next car. Black exterior was one of those musts! Ray was very patient and helpful and worked with Josh to see if they could find the right Explorer. We looked at and drove several different vehicles. Ray pulled up in this beautiful red Explorer and they both urged me just to test drive it regardless of the color. My first thought was UGGHHH! I want BLACK! But long story short, I loved the performance of that red Explorer and ended up taking it home! This is the third new Ford in six years we’ve bought from Asheville Ford. I was pleased with the deal we made and I love all the performance enhancements of the 2020. We have no question the Asheville Ford is our dealer of choice! More
