Disappointed The dealership had my 2018 F-150 truck for approximately 17 days and returned it to me with the problem not repaired. I bought my truck from them a li The dealership had my 2018 F-150 truck for approximately 17 days and returned it to me with the problem not repaired. I bought my truck from them a little over a year ago brand new! They claimed to have used a Ford engineer and went through multiple steps to try to fix the vehicle. It wasn’t the first time they had worked on the problem. They basically replaced half my engine. I received a call stating the issue had been corrected and I could pick up my truck. I made the mistake of not driving the truck prior to taking it home assuming it had been fixed. Well it wasn’t! I was so happy to have my new truck back after driving a tiny loaner car they gave me during the repairs. I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Asheville ford. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. Today is a Sunday or I would be back at the dealership dropping the truck back off. Dr. Charles Mcgaha MD More
