My husband and I walked into the Lincoln showroom determined to buy a Continental. But I really wanted one Picked out a Reserve and added oyjer options Mark was very helpful explaining all opt determined to buy a Continental. At other dealership but it would be delivered. Next day sadness other dealership informed Mark car had 7,000 miles. So Mark spent at least an hour trying to find a red Reserve with options we wanted. No luck. He e found a Rhapsody blue Reserve but it didn't have extra options we wanted. He explained reasons to accept the blue Reserve. Told how to find the blue color to see for myself It did look great. Even without extra options he pointed out the car had all the luxuries we had expected. So.i accepted the Rhapsody Blue Continental Then the Pawleys Island dealership delayed the transfer Mark was persistent with them Finally on this last Friday, my Rhapsody Blue Continental was delivered to the dealership and I rushed over. The Rhapsody Blue Continental was so 😍 beautiful!! Mark had been so right. I actually cried and thanked him. More
