I had a great customer service experience at Asheville Ford. I took my 2017 Ford Edge in for a recall and to also have the check engine light checked out. The scan of the vehicle showed a misfire in cylin Ford. I took my 2017 Ford Edge in for a recall and to also have the check engine light checked out. The scan of the vehicle showed a misfire in cylinder two and that more tests would be needed. Following those tests, it was determined that there was a defect in the long block and that a new engine would be needed. Once the engine arrived and installed, I was contacted to come pick up my Ford Edge. The extended warranty covered all but $100 of the cost. I must give a huge thanks to Megan Crigger, the service coordinator who kept in touch with me and also to Jason Early, the service manager who kept me up to date on the progress. Jason also took my car rental receipt and submitted it to Ford for a partial refund of my rental. Everyone that I dealt with at Asheville Ford was friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Asheville Ford to anyone needing service on their vehicle or those wanting to purchase a new/used vehicle. You won't find anywhere better to deal with. More

I recently bought a new Explorer from Asheville Ford. I love the car and knew it was what I wanted prior to speaking to anyone in sales at the dealership. I wanted the process to be as smooth as possible, love the car and knew it was what I wanted prior to speaking to anyone in sales at the dealership. I wanted the process to be as smooth as possible, so I contacted the dealership and spoke with an online sales rep first. I sent them the car I wanted and I applied for credit ahead of time and asked for as much to be ready prior to my arrival. The dealership had a hard time finding my credit application and tried to get me to apply a second time. I had to contact ford.com financing to tell the dealership what they needed to do to find my credit application. Upon arriving, I was greeted quickly, but the pre-work I did was not helpful in speeding up the process. The salesman I spoke with was very defensive anytime I tried to give feedback or suggestions to the online buying process. When negotiating, the salesman was rude and pushy and continued to say "hey, it's not my fault" anytime we said anything. The lack of inventory available was the only reason I chose to move forward with the purchase that I made. There was only one available and it was the model that I had been looking for. I had to go back the following day to turn in my title and receive paperwork. The entire sales team was in a meeting for 45 minutes before I could obtain the paperwork I needed. I arrived at 10AM and the dealership opened an hour prior at 9AM. My interaction that day only required a minute of their time. I would recommend assisting a customer even if you are in the middle of a sales meeting. I will not purchase from this location again. Customer Service is not something that seems to be valued. I understand that there is little inventory and they are selling cars quick, but that does not mean that being rude is acceptable in any way. More
I walked into dealership and Ali was the only one that walked up to me with a smile and assistance. She was very knowledgable and showed vehicles of my choice.
