The service department at this dealership is in major need of help. The sales manager lacks the basic ability to have a compassionate conversation with someone after they rendered my 90,000 truck useless need of help. I have not had a vehicle in over days but yet they don’t have loaners or the time to communicate with apparently Ford who they would like me to believe they are not. They are only subcontractors to ford, in a ford office, with Ford shirts, but they represent ford??? Mind blown! Anyway if you want to actually drive the car you have don’t go there. More
