There was a recall on my F-150 that was handled by Katie Fox and her Team that totally exceeded my expectations. I brought my explorer in for a recall. It was a job that should take less than a day to complete. When I took it in to the service department, they said can we have the car for a few days. It was a job that should take less than a day to complete. When I took it in to the service department, they said can we have the car for a few days. i was a little surprised by that. They had the recall complete in 2 days. The following week I brought my sons explorer in for the same recall on a Thursday, the service guy said it might be done past the weekend. I know there is a guide that estimates the time it takes to complete a task, and the time allotted is generous. If allotted time is for instance 3 hours, usually a mechanic can complete the job in less time. How come if we have a appointment, and they know how long a job takes, why cannot the scheduler figure out that in an 8 hour day you can do a 3 hour job, a 3 hour job and a 1 hour job. (1 hour lunch). In another week, I am bringing my moms car in for a recall. Can’t wait for that!! More

I had a great experience with Asheville Ford. The receptionist, Annette, was very polite, warm, and enthusiastic and always directed my calls to the appropriate person. The Internet Sales Manager The receptionist, Annette, was very polite, warm, and enthusiastic and always directed my calls to the appropriate person. The Internet Sales Manager, Mark Hansen, was always available to take my calls and answer my questions. We came to an agreement on the trade by text, call and email and that was all taken care of before I went to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, Adrianne Tulley, my sales associate, greeted me and was very personable and professional and kept me entertained in conversation while I waited for the finance manager to prepare the paperwork. The finance manager was quick, cordial, and not pushy at all when it came to offering additional services that I was not interested in. Although I did have to wait a little while for the paperwork because of how busy the dealership was, I did not mind because the whole experience was pleasant and easily tolerable. The facility and the restrooms were clean and well kept. I actually enjoyed the whole interaction and I will definitely try to do business with Asheville Ford in the future. More
