Had been in the market for a few weeks. It was time for a trade so I went down to the lot to take a look at inventory. The Explorers really caught my eye but I knew they were slightly higher than what I wanted to pay but the salesman brought one around to show me and ran the numbers. After speaking a bit about what I was comfortable paying, he brought me a used 2018 VW Atlas. He read everything I wanted perfectly. The car is exactly what I was looking for in something new for less than half the price. Was about a two hour process from start to finish. Everyone was great; from the Les (if that's how his name is spelled) all the way to the gentleman in finance. They got me where I needed to be and weren't pushy at all. They even got me a good amount on my trade allowance for my car. I had been to the Kia dealership on Brevard Rd prior to this where the salesman lied to me about my monthly payments and offered me an abysmal and insulting amount for my trade. Stay far from that place. I currently work in sales at Camping World. I know how I want to treat my customers and I was treated great. A+ in every aspect. Les is a keeper and I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. More
