Recently, I brought in a used car to trade in for another one. The sales and financial folks were very attentive and listened to my needs, and they delivered. I was given a very fair deal and am nothing less than ecstatic with my new car! I will continue to patronize this dealership in the years to come. I will also tell my friends and coworkers where to shop for their next vehicle! The best part of the transaction was that there was no one rushing me into anything, no pressure. I picked out my car on my own without any one leading me to certain vehicles that they wanted to get rid of. A+ for Asheville Ford! More
Honest, clean, no pressure, kept all promises. Kept me updated on the process of my ordered Bronco, and even sent me pictures of my Bronco on the truck the day it was delivered to the dealership. Purchased brand new F150, immediately started having problems. Could not speak to anyone. Always went to voicemail and no one returned calls. I questioned a recall repair that looked very sloppily done. Dealt with a very defensive and rude service coordinator who talked down to me. Apparently, as a customer you can't question anything. I did go in to have a defective shock replaced, a defective battery replaced and a tire repaired with no issues on a different date. I left a one-star review on another website after my initial experience. I later tried to schedule some additional recall repairs. "Upper management" has decided to no longer service your vehicle is what I got from the service coordinator. Basically, I am BANNED from Asheville Ford. I had no idea this was in the works, nor do I believe this ban is justified. Be warned- A bad online review may lead to a retaliatory ban from Asheville Ford. Good luck talking to the GM. He is always on vacation, not available, or out of town. Thank you Service Manager/Director for telling me, "Maybe we can restore a relationship? So we can help you, the customer, which is what we are suppose to do. Please let me know. Thank you for your time." Thank you for solving nothing since you never bothered to contact me, nor would you respond to my calls or email. Also, employees should not leave five star reviews of the business they work for. May be a conflict of interest or a failure to certify that you aren't associated with the dealership? More
I looked at Bronco Sport Badlands at several dealers close by. I then came into Asheville Ford, sat down With Justin Monday morning and between him and the “Boss” and the excellent finance man, drove of close by. He stayed in constant contact with me from first ordering a Bronco back in 2021 to having it delivered a few days ago. Chris walked me through every step along the way to let me know what was going on with my order, and did not leave me in the dark like I've seen other people experience at other car dealerships. If I had a question, Chris was very responsive to answering. He will treat you right. And I have to give a shout-out to Samantha, who helped me set up my FordPass App and was able to answer any question I had about any knob/gear/button in the vehicle.
