Daughter took her 2015 Focus into the dealership before Christmas because the power steering was failing. Service would not return calls. No loaner, slow or no responses, constantly having to leave voicemail, waiting days or a week if they respond, and they still are not able to confirm a date it will be fixed. No worse feeling being a loyal customer who has purchased 4 Ford's to get this kind of service on top of the worry of my daughter being treated like this. I was considering buying her a Bronco since she lives in Asheville for college graduation. Now, I will consider another vehicle provider because service is everything! And this was not acceptable.
