She is an angel! While there my husband experienced a diabetic low and she sprung into action helping me find him sugar etc to bring it back up. She went into her personal items to provide us a much needed sugar snack. She was amazing, kind and concerned! Another thank you to Cameron Harris in service for his help setting up our Ford Pass and other service items! His knowledge and assistance is one of the best ive experienced in Automotive Service industry! Asheville Ford is the best in WNC and im beyond hankful for a smooth, excellent process! We got stranded in Asheville for 8 days when our truck broke down. We had a 5th wheel in tow and as soon as we pulled in to a campground we stalled with an error message of "Low fuel pressure" and truck broke down. We had a 5th wheel in tow and as soon as we pulled in to a campground we stalled with an error message of "Low fuel pressure" and truck would not start. Truck towed to this dealership and we were told it was the wiring harness $$$$$$$$$$$ they knew we had no choice but to have the repair done as we were stuck. Well after 8 days we were able to get back on the road. Thank god we made it home. The next day we had the same issue and error code. Towed to our local ford dealer to find out it was a bad fuel pump...Another 1500 to have that replaced and no further issues. I'm no mechanic but I would think if you get an error code like that, the first thing would be to change filter then fuel pump if problem cont. But NO they jump right to wiring harness saying the fuel pump wasn't getting power. Was told by our TRUSTED Local ford mechanic that the steps I asked about were correct steps that should have been take to fix problem as a faulty fuel pump can and most time will show it is not getting power. So we paid 15000 for a wiring harness when a 1500 fuel pump fixed our problem not to mention additional cost for food and campground cost because we were stuck. I feel that we were screwed because they knew we were stranded not locals and had no choice if we wanted to get home. I filed a complaint thru Ford Motor Company that was to be passed on to Ashville Ford and surprise surprise they NEVER contacted us. Beware their service department should be avoided More

The service department at this dealership is in major need of help. The sales manager lacks the basic ability to have a compassionate conversation with someone after they rendered my 90,000 truck useless need of help. The sales manager lacks the basic ability to have a compassionate conversation with someone after they rendered my 90,000 truck useless by preforming a recall that then got recalled. I have not had a vehicle in over days but yet they don’t have loaners or the time to communicate with apparently Ford who they would like me to believe they are not. They are only subcontractors to ford, in a ford office, with Ford shirts, but they represent ford??? Mind blown! Anyway if you want to actually drive the car you have don’t go there. More
