I am sorry you are disappointed in your service experience at Asheville Chevrolet. The problem with your 4x4 this time was a different part than the one that was replaced on your previous visit which is not abnormal for a vehicle with over 200,000 miles. The parts warranty that is 12 months or 12,000 miles is for that part only. Stan communicated the company policy to Kim and told her if you still needed to talk with someone, then he would be more than happy to speak with you, but still wouldn't be able to change company policy. We did offer you a discount on the needed repairs. If you would still like to discuss this you can reach Stan at (828) 281-9608.
